Order #33739 – Still No Controller Returned
I shipped my controller to you on 7/1/25 and even paid in full for an upgrade. Since then, I have not received my controller back.
I’ve emailed over a dozen times and even left a voicemail, but I have never received a single response. This is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I just want my controller returned immediately. I just want my controller back before BF6 is released.. come on guys..
Please respond and confirm shipment of my controller without delay.

Really good controller but expect to wait a month or 2 for your controller even when paying extra to get it done faster

the controller arrived broken the l1 and r1 buttons kept getting stuck, sent it back and it came back the same nothing changed, recently it started giving problems with l2 r2, it randomly stops giving the input or in some cases it doesent give the input at all, like in gta i try driving and it doesnt work cuz the controller doesent give the input dont buy its ass

Company has 0 professionism.. They show repairs on social media as they talk shit about the people they are being paid by to repair things.. Even suggesting at times that they should tamper with the products they are paid to fix.

I ordered one of there quick ships and it was quoted to leave the shop 1-3 weeks that was April 25th on June 2 they message and say it missing a face plate if I order a custom one it would be quicker I told them I have one in my cart but or ordered your quick ship they message back and just say it’s missing parts and said nothing after that so I wait til June 15 to message back saying I really would love it remote but if u can’t tell me when it’s gonna show up after almost 2 months they reply back next day and refund my order and cancel it really quick and then ask if they can do anything to help next time so I messaged and asked for maybe free shipping on my custom one I had in my cart which I decided to take the refund and try again and they have not replied to me about any help yet

Not only did my controller take 3 months to arrive (even though i paid extra for rush order build) day one, L3 was crunchy, after 1 week L3 was still crunchy L1 began to stick (mouse clicks non functional) after the 2nd week the touchpad started to malfunction. Now 16 days later the controller wont turn on. I have many controllers. Some ive had for 2+ years that function peefectly. I am 28 and game casually. I prefer my gamnetics controller i bought a couple years ago. Still going strong. I tested out cinch and i am wildly disappointed. Money wasted.

They stole my controller. Its been over a month since I sent it in and I've heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had gotten a Controller. I had dropped it and I sent in my controller to be repairs about 1-2 months ago. I had never received conformation about my controller was received. I had emailed them 4 times in the past 2 weeks and gave them calls and no answer or call back. This company is not up to par. I’m here just trying to game that’s all.

Controller broke in less than a year. A $200 controller. Then they ask you to pay for the repair and shipping. Trash company with a bunch of degenerates working there

Really disappointed in this company. Bought one of their quick ship PS5 controller for almost $200, which is not cheap. I was very happy at first but after about 6 weeks it started having stick drift and one of the L buttons stopped working correctly. Contacted Cinch Gaming and returned it for repair, it took a reminder to the company to send me the return UPS label. Anyways, sent it in which took a couple weeks to get back. Started using it again and some weeks later another of the L buttons stopped working as well, making this a second defect. This time I have emailed the company three times for service and have not received a response. Now I am stuck with a controller that does not work correctly and will have to look to a third party to fix it for me since Cinch Gaming does not respond.

Bought two "quick ship" controllers. One arrived and one i am cancelling because it's not even built yet... Why put the option for "quick ships" if it's not even possible? Has no button mapping on the controller. Whats the point of having buttons on the back if they are always attached to A and B.... $26 Walmart controllers have this option.

sent back my controller within two days after waiting 8 weeks to “upgrade” to hall effects and then it arrived with stick drift. The owner of cinch (Jake) on a live stream said they didn’t get my order. So I figured USPS lost my package. I contacted USPS and filed a claim but I decided to order a 24 hour build since I’m used to gaming on a cinch. Just to finally get an email the next day that they did receive my repair order. Her excuse for the late reply was that she was “out of the office that week” but on the livestream the host was clearly talking to her that week. She also said the repair order was going to be an “expedite repair and ship” but clearly it wasn’t. It took three weeks to get my controller shipped. I finally got my controller back and the back buttons were remapped for some reason. I never requested them to be remapped.

I wouldn’t buy anything from an inch Gaming again. They oversell products then delay shipping and expect people to be okay with them lying. Was told controller would ship out Friday even though all they did was create a label and then shipped it the following Wednesday. 24 hour shipped controller means 24 hours. They rather make Facebook/Social media videos instead of taking care of customers that have paid for a product.

After 45 days the right trigger broke. They finally responded and said I could send it back and for $24.99 they would evaluate it. This company clearly has a 30 day warranty for a reason. It’s a theme with their craftsmanship. Very amateur. DO NOT waste your money with this group.

The controllers right trigger and right button on the D-pad failed after 3 1/2 months.

Garbage product. Broke 5 times in two years.

Garbage delivery. Took 14 weeks to get controller after initial order. 6 weeks was guaranteed. I bought express delivery.

Garbage repair. Took 5 weeks for a 3 guaranteed 5 week repair job. Oh guess what? I sent it back a second time because they never fixed the initial issue.

Garbage Repair - guess what? It's broke once again....,.

All Cinch has is a media company. They are fake news of the controller world.

Spend your money anywhere else.

They need to go the way of the dodo bird.

Terrible company and terrible product. My son ordered a custom made cinch pro ps5 controller only for it to arrive with a broken touchpad, right stick and R1 button all broken. Considering I paid alot of money I would expect the controller to arrive in good working order. Worst part, they expect me to pay 25% of the cost of my order for repair and the shipping fees plus the inevitable customs fees when it is returned. Do not order from this company - it's a waste of money and a very costly mistake. I only wish I had seen all the other negative reviews here before ordering. There is clearly a pattern in the faults on these controllers.

on may 9th 2024 i ordered a controller on their live.. i got it for a good price i thing and had mouse click triggers added. needles to say the 30 day warranty is out and at only 5 months the right trigger is not working. so there solution is to pay for shipping back to them plus a 25 fee to look at it and then parts and labor on top to fix it.. ill just order the 14 dollar part from amazon and do it myself

I’ve gotten an Xbox and PS5 controller and in less than a month the ps5 controllers right trigger does not work properly and the Xbox controller was not fully calibrated to 0.000 like they advertise so much in there YouTube shorts. (I also got Hall effects in the PS5 controller but I have not tested that one in game pad tester yet so it could also have the same calibration issue) If you spend over $150 on a controller there should not be simple issues like this. I’ve also been in quite a few streams of theirs and I’ve heard of people having the same issue as I have with their triggers on the PS5 controller. An Xbox elite controller (without case and paddles) is $120 and you can buy paddles for less that $20. Their external parts feel cheap for charging about $10+ for each colorized part. The Xbox elite controller feels great and the external parts feel premium. I would recommend getting an elite controller and find a way to have Hall effect joysticks installed in it if you are not capable to do it yourself.
