Excellent controller and fast shipping

There was confusion with communication on their end from the beginning. I ordered my controller and somehow I got a UPS tracking number pretty much immediately (like it had been dropped off to be sent out already). 5 weeks later into my 6 week build time, there is no communication from the company whatsoever, but I did find then live "answering questions" on tiktok. The gentleman there was VERY rude and dismissive of the issues his company was creating for me. 5 weeks with no communication on a device that is 300 bucks is pretty discouraging already. Literally 25 mins after my interaction with the guy that was Live on tiktok, I finally get an email update on my controller, coincidence? Doubt it. Now once I finally received my over priced controller, it already had stick drift out of the box (which I also paid extra for the halocentric stick drift resistant thumbsticks) AND it only connected to my PC for 5 days before no longer connecting to my computer with any USB I tried. I used the same USBs to test my old controller and it still worked whereas my "new" 300 dollar controller would not. Upon refunding the product they charged me a 25% restock fee which was 80 dollars, so they got paid to aend me a broken useless product. Overall DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They do not care about the customer at all, only their pockets.

I purchased a custom controller for over $200, and within three months, I started experiencing stick drift. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact the company immediately, and by the time I did, the warranty had expired. I paid for a repair, but the company then claimed the issue was more severe than initially described, requiring me to spend even more money for a fix.

Despite this, the stick drift problem has resurfaced after just six months of limited use. Given the high cost of the controller and the recurring issues, I strongly recommend saving your money. It’s not worth spending over $300 on a product that seems destined for the garbage.

Do not get controllers from them I got one and it came up to around $400 just for it to deliver 3 months late and then when I got it I don’t rage and break things and this thing broke the first time I used it it broke

Mouse click triggers don’t last long at all. $25 to diagnose a repair after spending almost $200 on a controller with mouse click triggers is insane. I’m bummed I found their YouTube and ended up getting one. For the few months the controller work it was pretty solid but over all a complete waste of money

They made a ps5 controller for my daughter who . Passed she loved her ps. Arrived beautifully packaged and is simply put amazing. Stayed in touch with me and was very professional. People complaining need to understand they have a lot of work on them and need time to make sure everything is right. Immpretry sure these same complainers throw their controllers or drop them I still have and use my first ps5 controller you can't just abuse stuff. I would buy from them any chance I could.

I ordered a custom controller that was supposed to take up to 8 weeks to come in. It took 12 weeks to get. After having it for less then 2 months the mouse clicks no longer work. The company did not stand behind their product but did offer to diagnosis it for $25 and I pay for all shipping plus cost of any repair. It also, took multiple attempts to contact them prior to a response. Unfortunately, I have a very upset son and will no longer do business with this company.

The controller feels extremely cheap, the “mouse click triggers” that don’t feel like a mouse click at all,they feel so cheap and not sturdy at all, I can barely tell when I’m pressing them down, and sometimes when you’re just hovering them they activate. I’ve had other mouse click triggers and these are the worst by a long shot, the back buttons also feel quite cheap, they’re not in the most ideal position. The controller overall feels like something I would have bought off temu for 20 dollars. Wouldn’t go near these controllers if you want a custom quality controller that will last you a long time.

Terrible. Stay away. If you want a custom controller go elsewhere. Had to wait months to get my controller shipped and it only lasted 4 months and then it started drifting. The drifting is so bad you can’t even play. I contacted Cinch Gaming and they said my warranty had lapsed. The amount of money I paid should have restyled in them wanting to fix the controller. I could send it to them on my dime for them to take a look and then they could sell me a new one with no discount. Very disappointed.

My experience with this company and the product has been very underwhelming. This company really deserves a 1 star rating but to be fair, they email back in a timely matter and they also answer the phone so there's your extra star. I had ordered my controller back in October and didn't receive it until mid February. Once January hit, I was fed up with waiting so I sent them an email asking what the hold up was. They didn't have the colour controller I selected so they gave me options of colours they did have in stock if I wanted to get my controller sooner. I picked a colour and they said they would move me to the front of the line. Weeks went by still no controller. I called them this time and they hadn't even started my controller. They apologized and told me they would start it right away and throw in a free cable. I told them If possible to add a mouse pad to my order I'll even pay for it and they said no problem we will add it on for free. Three days later my controller came. There was a chord that wasn't even compatible with my controller, no mouse pad and no instructions on how to remap the back buttons. On top of that, the controller will randomly input R2 every now and then even with my hands off the controller. Do not recommend at all. Garbage.

Took four months to receive the remote we ordered. When it arrived it was not even close to what we ordered. We sent ours in and had every SPEC requested that we wanted. It arrived with only the sides of the remotes changed and the a,b,x,y. Nothing else was done! We paid extra for every single individual customization and they didn't even do them. To receive nothing even close to what we ordered after waiting four months is unbelievable! I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. I'm now seeking a full refund. This is awful. Worst company ever.

We ordered a custom xbox remote from Cinch Gaming in June. It took nearly 4 months to receive the remote!! My child used it for less than 4 months. He received it in September and it was malfinctioning by Decemebr. Ciinch Gaming offers only a 30 day warranty!! The worst experience. A waste is hundreds of $$ taken from a kid who had several lemonade stands to save enough money buy this remote. Don't waste your time with this company.

Not only did it take 5 months to ship but it broke after 1 month. I complained and they asked me to buy a $25 repair kit!!! I’m not joking! I am reporting them to the better business bureau today

Shocking…. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a very simple custom controller in October. It will not arrive before January. Worst customer service. Never heard from them. I had to spend a lot of time tracking the order down and getting it moved to finish. Asked for a refund but they charge a 'stocking fee'. No shame. Never order again.

If I could give this negative review I would. Ordered a 24 hour build with 3-4 day shipping. Easily over $350, did not even have ability to customize......3 weeks later, no controller. Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. After about 50 attempts over the course of a week, someone got back to me and said now it will be 8 WEEKS, and if i do not want it any more, then they are going to charge me a 25% cancelation fee. They charged my card for both. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY!
