This company is TERRIBLE! . Please do not make the same mistake I did and order from this company. I ordered my controller on 12/20 and now its May 1st and I still havent recieced it yet. Im trying to get my money back through my bank. You will 100% regret doing business with this company.

HEED THE WARNINGS!!!!! This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. My next step is to get the Better Business Bureau involved. I have been waiting since February 1st for the product to arrive. Since it is now April 27th, I think it is fair to say they have exceeded their 6-8 week promised lead-time. I emailed several times. The first couple of emails were responded to with a standard answer promising they are working on it. I demanded the product or a refund within 1 week on my last email and made them aware that I would seek assistance from the BBB if my request were not met. I received absolutely no response. What a crap company they are! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Save yourself a the trouble these people are horrible. My son ordered a controller January 24. It is now April and yet to be sent yet to answer our emails yet to even call us back horrible service. Don’t buy this shitty controllers. I hope they go out of business soon.

I just received my controller yesterday, and everything is as advertised. I bought a pre-built PS5 Pro w/TMR. As advertised, it comes with a shipping time frame of 2-4 weeks. I received mine 16 days from the Date purchased online. Not sure about all the other reviews, as this was MY experience, and I'd order from them again... Only reason for not getting a 5 star review is the daily texts and emails, but un subscribing is an easy way to solve that problem... I get the same thing from LG and other companies, and it's an easy fix.

They not only do not respond to customers they purposely dont respond to upset customers that have been waiting multiple months for there orders they should be shut down for scamming and be sued for false advertising.
They take your money and do not honor ship dates, even rush orders
On January !st, I ordered a controler. Build time was 6-8 weeks. After reading reviews, I realized they did not honor that span of time. I paid another $70 to get 1-3 week ship for my litle grandsons birthday on March 7th. The 1 to 3 week ship time was up February 23rd. No controller and this is March 4th. It is still in build Queue. I cannot afford another gift because I paid so much for this. Do not order from these people. They do not answer phone or emails. They just took my extra money knowing they would not honor ship date. They cannot be that busy!!

One star is honestly too much, it has been a terrible experience, I ordered my controller November 28, and there have been no updates, it is now March 1, and nothing has come of this entire situation. I have contacted customer support multiple times, with no updates, and nothing coming up.
Bought a controller from them didn't work
Bought a controller from them on Christmas day. It's came in a month but Controller didn't work. The left stick was stuck up. Total lost of my money

Do not order through this company!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. They have the absolute worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. I ordered a controller for my son on 11/28/25, paid the rush build fee so it would be here by Christmas. It is now 2/26/26 and we still do not have the controller! I have sent countless emails asking for updates and have made a few phone calls too, but I always have to leave a message….which no one returns! Out of the numerous emails I have sent they have slowly replied to 2 of them and it’s always the same bullshit response. At this point I feel I have been scammed and have zero faith we will ever receive the controller. I wish I had done my research before I paid over $300 for a controller from them. Complete waste of time and money! This company is absolutely ridiculous!
Edit to say I finally received the controller after almost 4 months. The controller seems cheap and I have my doubts how long it’s going to last. This is hands down the worst companies I have ever dealt with. This is not worth your time or money. Please do your research and do not order from this company!

Die Freude war riesig sich endlich einen teuren und hochwertigen Gaming Controller zu gönnen. Leider habe ich meine Bestellung nie erhalten, die angegebene Lieferzeit ist bereits lange verstrichen und der Kundensupport reagiert nicht auf meine mehrfachen Nachfragen. Ich musste inzwischen meine Kreditkartengesellschaft einschlagen, um den gezahlten Kaufpreis zu reklamieren. FINGER WEG!!!

One star is way too much to leave this joke of a business there should be negative star reviews for this company had to send my controller back like six times for the same exact issue then sent my controller back for another repair it's been about 2 months after my invoice was paid still don't have my controller not even a response from them can't call them on the phone it's like a horrible joke do yourself a favor and don't even think of giving this business any of your business

Absolute nightmare of a company
took 5 months for the controller to ship, terrible customer service, they act like youre crazy when you ask where your order is after 4 months. controller finally comes in and its made out of a cheap wrap, overall feels cheap and not durable. way overpriced for the quality. used the controller for maybe a month before noticing stick drift and buttons starting to glitch, rapidly spammed when not pressing them. Absolute nightmare of a company. Would be a disgrace to have my name associated with a company like this. Shameless...

Horrible time frame to deliver a…
Horrible time frame to deliver a remote. Ordered the UNC first time it took 2 months to be delivered after asking and asking and calling. Got stick drift with it after 5 months so I was like let me order a 2nd so I can send this one in . Ordered another UNC remote November its January and no remote still. I paid for faster build which seems to be a useless 50 bucks they want to you spend as it seems it takes just as long as a regular remote build from them. At the end I just put for a refund . That got accepted right away meaning they didnt even have the remote built yet. Site lies dont buy nothing ships within the time frame it says.
2 months still nothing
So on August 7th I placed an order with rush build on it. The build is advertised as 1-3 weeks. So after 4 weeks and still no updates I email there customer support. It takes them 3 days to get back to me. Then they tell me they had been waiting to receive parts. That they had just received the parts and now they can start my build. It's been almost a whole month since then and I just contacted support to ask for another update. They once again sent me the message about waiting on parts. I contacted them twice more ask for a more specific update and I've been ignored for 6 days since then. I'm starting to wonder if it was just a scam and when I see other reviews it seems this is a common issue for them

I shipped my controller to you on 7/1/25 and even paid in full for an upgrade. Since then, I have not received my controller back.
I’ve emailed over a dozen times and even left a voicemail, but I have never received a single response. This is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I just want my controller returned immediately. I just want my controller back before BF6 is released.. come on guys..
Please respond and confirm shipment of my controller without delay.
