Very easy to deal with and renew my policy

The lady on the phone was very helpful and a first class communicator

Competitive and very efficient. Staff always call when renewal is due and are always professional and efficient. They could do with some new 'on hold' music, has been the same Beatles songs for many years.

The person I dealt with on the phone was clear, polite and able to answer all my questions and adjust my policy accordingly.

I needed to cancel a policy because I had sold the property. Aliyah took the details, cancelled the policy and my refund was in my account next day. I find CIA to be extremely efficient and have used them for many years for insuring my rental properties.
