I was transferred from my current insurance company to Gallaghers due to building works, i was passed through to Haleemah who was extremely helpful and kind making it very clear what me and my wife were covered for. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and got me a very good price. I then also needed a separate policy which again she was able to find me cover straight away. Haleemah was very patient when explaining the terms of the policy to us and will be recommending the company to friends and family. Thank you

We needed Unoccupied Home Cover. Claire dealt with our call. She was polite, friendly and efficient. She was careful to make sure we understood the terms and conditions of the cover which we took out. A far easier process than it could have been.

Totally not helpful very disappointed £400 we pay a year for our caravan insurance, read the small print very carefully mechanical failure not covered just to let you know, will not be renewing out policy next year, very annoyed and disappointed....Gallagher you should be ashamed of yourselves Rip off

The company is clearly unskilled and incompetent with what they're doing. I waited many days for a quotation to come back to me when i was told it was with the underwriters and was said to also be escalated. It took that long i found insurance elsewhere with a company who actually knows what they're doing. The advisor i spoke to didnt even seem to know what they were doing and wasnt very professional, sounded like a robot.

I was dealt with very efficiently and very pleasantly by a lady called Kendall. She certainly gets my recommendation.

What a delight this experience was thanks to your representative Claire Salter.
Claire was very knowlegable, professional and a great sense of humour! But maintained her focus on the subject. This was a real treat to be able to speak to a delightful real person as opposed to the (bots) we have all become used to now.
