I've been with cia for at least 13 years had to use them recently to help evict tenant and they were brilliant. Not sure how I would have done it without them. Have just renewed with them l would definitely recommend them 100%

The agent I spoke to was very polite when dealing with my landlord insurance renewal. After making a note of a change of circumstances it was apparent that the agent had a thorough knowledge of products/cover available resulting in my obtaining a slightly lower quotation.

CIA advised me they would not renew my policy that was due on 1 Oct 2026.
I had 2 policies with them so i decided i would cancel the other policy as well to keep all my insurance with the new insurer.
I have mailed five times requesting the other policy to be cancelled WEF from 1 Oct 2026 and have not had any reply.
Terrible client service I shudder to think what would happen if I had had a claim with this lot.
Would suggest prospective customers be careful.

CIA tried their best to get me a reduced premium this year.

Cancelled a buildings insurance policy in May and despite two letters to CIA no refund or response received from them. Customer Service isn't woeful it is non existent. Have now written to CIA threatening legal proceeding's to secure the refund due.
