Ripped me off, took over £91 for my first payment and then cancelled the policy they realised after payment that they don’t insure my vehicle type. Not offered a refund.

Every time I try to renew online I am unable to renew. When I spoke to person on telephone she charged me five pound extra to change my job title.

Unhappy with price
I have been with this company for many years they have alway been good but the last couple of years when my renewal comes round will not give me a slight discount at all despite my loyalty I have never claimed and have given you hundreds of pounds, I was waiting to get put through to another call handler then was cut off so unable to speak to someone higher. Hope a manager is going to give me a call back as I have requested. Thanks

Churchill claims are a JOKE.
Ai they use is useless.
they paid out after 3 months and was told that a travel policy I claimed for 350 wouldn't effect this claim and it would cover the excess that they asked me to pay at the start of the claim.
they decided to deduct it in the end. and the 4100 claim I received only 2725.
disgusting how they treat long term customers.
