An easy straightforward transparent…
An easy straightforward transparent operation which took very little time, though I did read through the documentation several times to make sure everything was what I wanted. The was one slight hitch but it had resolved itself on the Cert of Insurance. The price was £200 less than my previous insurer. I wish I'd gone to Churchill sooner.

My renewal price was around 20% higher…
My renewal price was around 20% higher than last year. After making a call it was reduced to just above the previous year's amount with no changes. 3 years in a row this has happened.... terrible approach to existing customers.
