Too much pressure to submit a review.
Very easy service. Could have done with less prompting to submit this review. As far as I recollect the requirement to submit a review was not part of the payment package!! Felt like bullying getting repeated reminders to do one. Well now you have one!!

Autorenew cannot be turned off
Infuriating that you cannot cancel auto renew of a policy in the app and instead have to call. After spending 10 minutes on the phone speaking to the AI menu, spoke to a human who said he'd turned off autorenew. But the app still says autorenew is on and he wouldn't send an email to confirm it was cancelled. Asked to speak to a manager and he just left me sitting on the phone for so long that I gave up. Even if Churchill's renewal offer had been competitive, which it really wasn't, I wouldn't use them again as they are clearly happy to waste customer time. If the policy auto renews, I will make a complaint to the ombudsman.

Staying with Churchill for another year
Easy to renew online after checking various quotes through comparison websites. By the time I adjusted quotes (ie ... voluntary excess, high value items, cyles etc) to match my renewal, the prices where higher, or when cheaper they didn't give the same cover. So I'll be staying with Churchill for another year.

it was not great it. was better than some. not as good as before, did not get the option for a call back so had to sit on the line however they are okay not fantastic anymore ,I suppose thats the way of the world now not so good.
