Pleasant staff but no need for 2 calls
The first time I called to discuss my renewal the member of staff was helpful and polite but said I’d need to get comparison quotes to get a cheaper price
I did this and rang back
The advisor (different one) said I’d already been given the best quote
Advisors were good but I could have avoided a second call if the first advisor had just said this is your best price!

Churchill is always friendly and helpful when I make enquiries regarding my home and car insurance.
Luckily, I have never needed to make a claim on any of my policies.
The cost of my policies has not increased excessively each year.
I feel that Churchill prices are competitive and fair.

Wouldn't choose any other insurer
Great customer service as always. I have insured my car with Churchill for many years now. Even if I got a cheaper quote elsewhere, I'd still choose Churchill because of how they have handled any claims previously. I have trust and confidence in that when I need them, they will do their best to make the process as smooth as possible, as they always have. My sister is insured with Churchill too, and she feels the same as me.
