Even though I specifically told them NO…
Even though I specifically told them NO to auto renew they told me when my pickup trucks policy was due and not to worry the automatic renewal will do it at just under £600 that's a bit high since I have not made a claim.
They cannot set up automatic renewal without permission and since I do my vehicle insurance weeks in advance after shopping around I stipulated no automatic
Since I always shop around using GoCompare and found a cheaper quote with Churchills parent company and got extras for just under £400

Pleasant staff but no need for 2 calls
The first time I called to discuss my renewal the member of staff was helpful and polite but said I’d need to get comparison quotes to get a cheaper price
I did this and rang back
The advisor (different one) said I’d already been given the best quote
Advisors were good but I could have avoided a second call if the first advisor had just said this is your best price!
