I have found my new online shopping store!
After endless problems with another local online store I switched and ordered from Chelford Farm Supplies.
I actually recieved the wrong size rug this morning.
Gave them a quick call, they went away and checked they have my size, called me back to let me know they are sending it straight out and then sent me a returns label for the one received.
What an exceptional service! A company is only as good as how they deal with problems.
The team on the phone were so professional, polite and friendly!
Thank you for being so great! You have definitely gained a long term customer 🤗

Ordered a stake, clearly from the picture on the website for the item I ordered it is round, received a v shaped stake. I did at least get a reply to my emails but told I had ordered the wrong item. I chose the item I wanted based on the photo to be told if you order that item it is actually a different one you receive.

Edit: I received a call today to apologise to say there had been some confusion at their suppliers and the correct item would be sent today.

I called in this week and purchased a new Gardena water sprinkler , sodium hypochlorite and ordered a new Honda lawn mower blade.
It was an absolute pleasure to get such friendly, efficient and informative service from Joe.That's what good customer service should be like but it's so often not like that these days- Well done Chelford Farm supplies but in particular Joe .

Good prices and fast delivery. I placed the order at 16:08 on the Tuesday, assuming that I wouldn’t get delivery for a couple of days. Later got a mail stating that I had a timed delivery on the Wednesday, also competitively priced - what more can you ask.

Great company to order online from. I bought my jacket on the 30/12/22 in the sale. So happy with the jacket and price. Great customer service, thank you for a stress free service 😀.

Love this company! Purchased from their online store many times, most recently, some horse rugs for winter. Chelford had a good range of sizes in stock and at very competitive prices. Always a quick delivery and even bulky items like these rugs were well packaged. Customer service also very efficient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I ordered an Ariat top on a Friday and it arrived on the Saturday with free postage. On unpacking it it was perfect but I noticed the ticket price was £10 less than I’d paid online. I contacted them by email and got a lovely email back of apology and a refund.
Can’t rate Chelford Farm Supplies highly enough, this is customer service at its absolute best.

Beware they will imply you are a liar rather than address your grievance.

I’ve used this company a couple of times now and they are excellent. Items are well priced, communication is excellent and even their standard delivery is super fast. I can’t recommend them enough and frequently do to friends. Keep up the great work.

Great company. Products are good quality and price and arrive quickly and are well packaged. I had a teeny issue and got in touch with them. Customer Services replied and dealt with almost immediately (such a novelty these days!) in a very positive way. Can recommend.

Bought a new rug for my horse, prices were fair, service was prompt, packaged very well and even included a complimentary packet for polos which the horses were most grateful of..😁

Ordered some Redbacks for my husband online yesterday! Great price along with a new customer discount code and an easy to navigate website. Chose standard delivery as I didn't need them in a hurry.
Ordered at 12.42, Dispatch email arrived at 1.45 and the boots were delivered today at 2.30.
Excellent service and I will be back to order some more soon 😍

Really disappointed with Chelford Farm Supplies. My father's physical and mental health has deteriorated leaving my mother coping with looking after him and all of their large ex-farm property he was previously responsible for managing. Out of her comfort zone and hoping for a little guidance she called Chelford Farm Supplies more than once with the intention of purchasing a number of professional gardening tools to help get the increasingly overgrown land under control. The first call was with a friendly chap, but who (we later found out) gave some incorrect information and advice about products they sell as an official dealer, and the second call (had over speaker phone and heard by multiple people) was with an unhelpful chap who couldn't wait to get off the phone, and who actually hung up before the conversation had ended and a final question could be asked. As communication was generally poor and their approach to pricing somewhat strange we felt little choice but to try another official dealer who fulfilled the significant multi-tool order without issue.

I've been using Chelford Farm Supplies for some years now as a domestic retail customer, they are my go-to for all timber. Their prices and quality are fantastic, I can save a fortune by going to them over more profile competitors. Highly recommended.

Great service , price for my working boots was 20% cheaper then other . Delivery was fast and free.

Excellent customer service. Great range of products and nothing is too much trouble.
