What an amazing place and the staff are first class. I am not a farmer, builder, fencer etc. etc. just want the odd item or so and I am treated as if I was a regular customer spending hundreds of pounds. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. Ordered an item which not every where stocks so pleased they still had some.
Had a nightmare with delivery with royal mail and the staff here have been super helpful even sending another item before recieving the failed delivery/collection one back from royal mail.
I regularly use this shop they always send parcels straight away. My OH and son also like shopping here.

After an absolutely awful experience with Lister and a faulty set of Eclipse clippers, I just want to say the 5 stars is for Chelford Farm Supplies internet customer service, Georgia Cadman has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue.
Although I cannot recommend Lister or the Eclipse Clippers, I can highly recommend Chelford Farm Supplies and will continue to buy from them in the future with confidence.

I placed an order for a rug for my horse yesterday, at 10.20am and it was at the front door of my office this morning before I could get in at 8.30am so for them to dispatch and it get to me so quickly is an amazing feat.

Before I placed the order I called the number as I had a question and the lady who answered me call (apologies, I did not take her name sadly) was so kind, helpful and happy to help.

There prices are very good compared to other suppliers of equal size and I have purchased from them before and been happy with my order, but this instance I was so impressed I had to write a review.

Will absolutely be coming back to give my business to them in the future and will be likely checking with their site first before other competitors as they're so easy and nice to deal with.

I ordered some Dubarry boots for my wife on the 22nd of Dec with free delivery. Almost as soon as I placed the order I had an email to say they had been despatched.
The boots arrived the following day and we are absolutely delighted.
Possibly the most organised and speedy online purchase ever made. Excellent service. Thank you.

They offer a price promise for an identica literm on a competitors site. When you ask Chelford Farm Supplies for this they have no intention of matching. Total fib.
Just had a reply today some two months later. Saying that they have certain criteria that has to be matched. These boots were identical on a similar site. Chetford Farm supplies shouldn't offer such a deal if they don't want to honour it!!

Poor customer service. I sent email via their website and through my e-mail account and had no response.

I live 45mins away from Chelford but had to make a one-off visit to the area to collect something for a neighbour. Whilst passing, I popped into the shop and bought two bags of lawnsand. When I opened the first bag a few days later I saw that the sand was damp with large, brick-like clumps. Because there was rain coming and I had to get the sand down, I broke down the clumps and tried as best as I could to spread the sand - not a great job. When I opened the second bag it was also damp. I contacted Chelford and they asked me to send a photo, which I did. They then told me to drive back and they'd change one bag. It was £13 ! why would I drive 1.5hrs and spend £7 on diesel for £13? they refused to do a refund over the phone. Lousy service.

The service i received was exceptional. They dealt with the repair of goods under warranty both efficiently and promptly having my goods returned to me less than 48 hrs after Ithey were posted off to them. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

strimmer had to take my strimmer back 3 times still broken very rude wont use ever again 120 out of pocket

Ordered a fence energiser to replace one that seemed to be dying. Ordered Sunday morning and the energiser then died on Sunday afternoon so contacted them on Monday to see if I could change delivery to speed it up. Really helpful lady said she would make sure it was dispatched overnight delivery that morning for me.

I ordered an item on Saturday. They offered the item cheaper than anywhere else.
It arrived free delivery by DPD the next day...Sunday afternoon.
Great value for money, excellent organisation.

My husband brought in a lawn edger to the machinery department at Chelford and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour by the staff. He simply inquired about the possibility of repairing or inspecting the lawn edger, but their response was that they did not perform such services and that it could potentially originate from China. They refused to even examine the lawn edger, displaying extreme rudeness and lack of courtesy.
My husband also brought in his chainsaw for a service which they were willing to take a look at. However, they continued to laugh at him while they were in the back of the shop.
Another customer intervened and expressed their extreme dissatisfaction with the staff’s behaviour.
We have been loyal customers of this shop for many years, and this is how they treat our there loyal customers. It is utterly disgusting and disrespectful. ‼️

Great company, shame their website doesn't reflect this. If you ever do an order incorrectly and try to re-order don't bother, it'll simply say the item you ordered moments before doesn't exist on their site. This has happened to me twice now. Very frustrating and loosing out on business as a result

Been looking online for weeks for a petrol hedge trimmer and strimmer then a friend recommended these guys can't believe how helpful they were even put the things together and gave me a demonstration got home and they even put me some free safety glasses in will use these from now on as they have a massive choice to

The online service team both email and Facebook was very quick and efficient to resolve my issue (which was no fault of there own) regarding my new stirrups , they arrived promptly and very well packaged and presented
