As a loyal customer, I was wondering if there will be a login to Cheap Cruises that would have my account info, instead of entering the info every time I book a cruise.

So far we have booked our twentieth cruise with Royal Caribbean, the last sixteen through Cheap Cruises. So far, every cruise has been lower than the price quoted on line. Jasen West has been our contact of late and he has been wonderful. They always answer the phone and respond to any questions right away. Use Cheap Cruises for your next cruise. You'll be glad you did.Jasen is the supervisor we deal with but to actually book a cruise we strongly recommend asking for Leema Yow. She has been our agent for all of our cruises and we could not be happier.

I'm extremely happy with Cheapcruises. I have a sales rep (Rosie Rose) that I'm very happy with and broke all my cruises. She's able to help me out with special and make sure that All the teas are crossing all the eyes dotted etc. I also like the cheap cruises loyalty program where you get cash back and also discounts on a shore excursions. You're also get automatically any specials cruise lines are offering so I see no downside.

This is going to be my sixth cruise with them in the last 4 years.

I was looking for a short getaway and I found it on cheap cruises. Glad I found a getaway for the weekend at a good price

I booked a cruise through Cheap Cruises recently and it came with a $25 on board credit. Unfortunately the reality is that the $25 credit is equivalent to .01 cent for me. The reason is because Cheap Cruises charged my credit card a &24.99 booking fee. I’m sure they somehow slipped that fee note in on the never ending terms and agreement that they read to you over the phone for what seems to be 10 minutes long.
I will never book over the phone again. If I had known about the $24.99 fee I would have booked on line. I called Cheap Cruises and they said sorry can’t help with fee it’s added to all bookings. Bottom line Cheap Cruises didn’t save me any money in the end. I just want others to beware of their trickery.
Shame on you Cheap Cruises!

They lure you in low price cruises and stick it to you if you have to cancel. Be sure to read the fine print. I paid a $314 deposit for a cruise in April of 24. Now, because I have to cancel due to a business trip, they want to charge me an additional $100 cancellation fee. The total cruise package is just north of $1000 for a 4 night cruise. In order to cancel they want 40% of the cruise package with a 4 month cancellation notice. The cruise was booked in late November.
