Retirement Gift
I recently bought a plant from Charella as a retirement gift for a colleague. I was concerned about ordering online and being sure of what would be sent, so I called up to ask for help. I spoke to Julie who was so helpful, sending me photos of the plant to help me decide, providing assurance as to its good health/condition and even gift wrapping it for me. Had what we wanted and delivered it to opposite side of the county in less than a week and waived the delivery charge ( as the item we bought was of a high enough value but perfectly in line with other suppliers) so very happy with the service.
