Excellent company - highly recommend. The quality of the trees is very high probably reflecting the owner Max's great care and knowledge of his product and his customers. On top of this we felt the price is very good value and the delivery was excellent - friendly, careful and helpful so we will be ordering more trees again later in the year. Many thanks we are extremely happy with our new trees.

Trees arrived on due date in early June,
in excellent condition.We were unable to be there so they were left in secluded position as requested.
Max dealt with all my questions promptly and efficiently.

We have recently taken delivery of 6 Photinia Red Robin trees which are all in excellent condition. We have been so impressed that we have ordered a further 6 trees that will completely transform our garden.

From start to finish a great experience. Bought an evergreen magnolia in March. Followed Max's instructions on how to plant it. Now, 3 months later, it has 3 beautiful white flowers on it! Cannot recommend Max and H&C's Trees highly enough! You'll be pleased.

Communications from Max from the point of order through to delivery was excellent - questions were answered swiftly and updates on dispatch and delivery were helpful. Max, gave me plenty of advice on what trees to order for my the garden. I ordered 11 Red Robin standard trees which are forming a fanstastic screen, plus 2x Cherry Laural standards and a lovely Amelanchier. All arrived healthy and have settled in very well in our garden.

Contact was good, trees arrived well packed and were identical to the photo and were good value. Very happy with our purchase.

Confirmation was quick and clear. When I called Max to check on progress of my delivery, he responded quickly and politely. Delivery was made by Sam, who honestly couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
The trees themselves were absolutely great, even better than I’d hoped. Put them in straight away, so now it’s up to me.

Great pleached magnolias with excellent service!

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff and absolutely beautiful pleached trees. Just what I needed to block my nosey neighbours out, so good I’ve decided to buy more and go further than originally planned.

Great experience with H&C trees for a very small garden. They were very flexible with the delivery timescales and competitively priced. The trees were delivered looking beautiful already. Can’t wait to see how they look in another year.

I hardly ever wrote records but I have been very impressed with this company. We purchased three trees in 2024 from them and they are all doing really well. The service and delivery was excellent and perhaps best of all feels personal, which is so rare these days. I can’t speak highly enough of the customer care. I’ve just (March 2026) purchased a fourth tree, and they have again been excellent throughout. Thankyou.
