Highly recommended. Great quality products. Lovely gift boxes. Exaclty as ordered. Quick, prompt delivery. Ordered serveral items online, 2 were a gift. Had a bracelet personalised. Everything was top quality and as described as well as seen in images online. It came very quickly. I was notified of it being posted out and the delivery fee was very reasonable. I would definitely buy again from them.

Item received as specified on time with good information re status. One very small criticism that the item (a 30" gold chain) was correctly ordered and received but in the heading in the website and on documentation the offer did not mention the availability of a 30" length until actually selecting an item to order. (The main heading mentioned sizes up to 24")

I ordered gold sleeper hoop earrings 22mm - available in three sizes 14mm, 18mm and 22mm - I received 18mm so I phoned up to say I had received the wrong size - the male I spoke asked what made me think that ! Then told me they didn’t do 18mm ones (although advertised and size I received!) then he told me the sizes were only approximate and to return them at my cost if not happy - no apologies offered - earrings are a good quality so decided to keep even though smaller than I wanted and not as advertised as it is me that I would be out of pocket for postage so beware as I wouldn’t buy from them again !

When I called shop they didn't apologise or say they exchange for correct chain. Just oh ok if your not happy send it back in the box for refund!

Absolutely fantastic seller. The 9ct gold figaro chain is excellent quality and weight. My sister will love this for her pendant. It us also polished to a high standard. Cannot fault at all. Postage was quick too considering we have experienced several Royal Mail strikes. Lovely box and padded envelope .
