Very disappointed
Just purchased a Cello 24 inch TV/DVD combo. I bought an LED TV as they can be viewed from an angle. With this one unless you are viewing at right angles to the screen the colour is washed out, it isn't Brilliant viewed head on. Also, the speakers are dreadfully tinny. The remote has buttons to adjust picture or sound but these seem to have no effect. I bought this make as it was made in England. I wish I'd saved my money. Can I get a refund? It's horrible.
Avoid this company
Purchased a 19 inch TV but wish I hadn’t, picture quality is good but the sound is awful makes the TV unwatchable. I contacted customer service to get their view and found them to be about as good as their speakers, useless. Avoid this product you will only be disappointed.

i bought this product because i thought i could connect to internet via wi fi and use it in bedroom, however turns out you cant it has to be a land wire coming from router to tv ,tried to download pdf from cello site ,they wouldnt open so unless someone has a 32 ft long lead ive bought an expensive dvd player i have tried to contact them thro email but as of yet no contact
reliable products
I have been using Cello portable TVs in bedrooms for years never had a problem I bought them from M&S, (must be reliable if they put their name on them) I recently bought a Ferguson 24" smart tv for motorhome, perfect cant fault it, staff are spot on with expert advice on products, 5 stars for great British service, well done Cello
Great Customer Service!
I bought a C2220S Cello TV a few years ago for our spare bedroom as there is only a coax cable from a satellite dish in there.
Apart from the dreadful sound quality it's been great until recently when it has been losing channels and would not reload them if rescanned.
A five minute call to Cello technical support with the serial number an email containing the latest firmware update is on it's way... a further five minutes and it's all fixed!
It's a great TV for the job and Cello's customer service is second to none!
The only reason I cannot give them five stars is because of the poor sound quality which appears to be a common complaint.
50" smart TV
Brill tv 50" smart, 4k crystal clear vision at most angles
the remote is responsive and the internal speaker sound is fairly good, (most people including me use a Hi Fi system for the sound), I have had a number of smart Tv's and they broke down during and after the G'teeI, At least with Cello the customer service is here in the u.k and they answer questions without bias. I only gave this company 4 stars as a few former employees posted it is not friendly happy workspace, C'mon Cello liven your management ideas and make Cello the best in the world!

Had a 44 inch Smart Cello TV it was only 7 months old and have just taken it down to my local recycling centre.
Faults were - really bad pixulating, HDMI Port didn't work neither did most of the functions on the remote.
Really slow tv to start up - my review would be CRAP - do not buy. Have noe gone to Samsung for a smart tv - at least they actually work as apposed to Cello

My Daughter purchased a 50 inch Cello smart TV from Ferguson firm advert on EBay , in March 2021 after just 2yrs ,the tv wont load up , tried the on/off plug out etc to reboot cant even get into settings to perform reset , this tv was advertised as new/old stock price £319 paid , shes not very happy now having to get a tv repair man to look at it £20 to pay fore anythings done , and he even says the model no?given does'nt think exists , cmon Ferguson just over 2yrs for a tv conk mb cant be repaired cared for and used properly up to press!! yes guarantee is only like 6mths i think, can anything be done about this , if you can advise at least there was no manual nor documents delivered just delivery , i see these tvs are still being sold on EBay same prices read a few bad reviews n thats enough.

Just bought a model CS19WS01T ( copied from enc leaflet). Sound quality is very poor, far inferior to small TV it has replaced. Would like to research the online manual, but it does not seem to exist for this model.

Brought TV six months ago
Brought TV six months ago. Had issues turning on. Contacted cello on a Tue, they picked it up on Thur. And returned it repaired and working perfectly by the Wed of the next week, which was after may bank holiday. So absolutely outstanding customer service .

If there was a 0 star I would press that, worst place to work, no team work whatsoever get spoken to with no respect, not allowed to talk when others clearly are, favouritism clearly going on. Disgraceful management, never got shown a tour of factory upon starting, no induction, no one told me where the fire assmebly point was, which is crucial to know in any factory. Everyone seems to hate each other there’s no respect whatsoever, too much pressure on all new agency comers just for them to be sacked off a few month later when work is low. Just another number in here, maybe if the managers were changed or trained more and knew how to treat their employees the company would be ran better and work would flow a lot smoother. Overall do not recommend working there whatsoever! Even the good pay is definitely not worth it!

My 50' TV arrived today.
It is very good design, easy to use menu, easy to use remote control, excellent sound and screen quality.
Delivered the next day after order. From now on our household electronics brand is Cello and Ferguson.
Very pleased with the product. And it is made in UK.

My Cello smart tv seems to do exactly as it likes.
Sound works o.k. for a couple of days and then suddenly Nothing.
Reboot entire set i.e. pull out the mains plug, wait about 3min and then try again.
Back comes the sound. With luck it might last for an entire week!
It has rejected the new ITVX hub twice,quoting something about a manufactures license not being in place.

Bought a Cello 24 inch TV as the option has Satellite which is useful as the local DTV is poor, the EPG isn't great but may be fixable once I sort the available channels from the rubbish. But the sound quality is appalling its like listening to a speaker in a metal box, have had to hook up an old speaker to the audio output to cut out the TV speakers

Purchased the 20” smart tv as Cello is one of very few manufacturers making small tv’s now.
Customer service very good and helpfull, can’t say the same for DHL, who delivered to wrong address and a week later than indicated on delivery advise text.
The actual tv quality was very poor.
Field of view not good at all. If you have screen too high or low the colour is so dark you can’t see the picture. The picture can’t be properly seen other than viewed from straight in front. Sound quality also poor.
Very disappointing.

Bought Cello C43Sfs4K 43” three and a half years ago.
I chose it mainly because it was a British manufactured TV and seemed to have useful facilities.
We are now truly fed up of it!
Last year we added a Firestick as we could not update the Apps on the so-called Smart TV.
The terrestrial side randomly stops working, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for ever and needs several reboots taking 5 minutes or more and is getting worse.
I cannot, in good conciense, recommend this TV

Cello 22 inch Non Smart TV, Brilliant, Cello 16 inch Non Smart TV, Brilliant, Cello 24 inch Smart TV DUMB. The most useless implementation ever. Won't connect to Wifi won't just play files from a drive or stick. You have to go mining through the menus to get anywhere and it is SLOW. Bought it to replace their 22in Non Smart which was the least smart thing I could have done. Sold the Smart TV on EBay. Good riddance.

This worked I am so great full to the lady on the phone she was so helpfull and went into detail to get my tv going so great full I am proud to be the owner of a cello British made TV. When my othertvs break I will be buying cello thank you again. X
