Today I had my third lymphatic massage with Amanda at Kat&Co and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Each session makes such a big difference — I feel less swollen, less tight and much more comfortable afterwards.
Amanda is professional, gentle and very knowledgeable. She always makes me feel at ease and really cared for during every appointment.
I highly recommend both Amanda and Kat&Co — from the moment you walk in, you truly feel looked after and supported throughout your recovery.

I’ve waited a long time to write this review. Facts: I aspirated under twilight anaesthetic which was described as ‘safe’ and was blue lighted to the QE where I developed aspiration pneumonia and was on oxygen and antibiotics for several weeks. This was due to not being intubated during surgery and vomiting which then went back into my lungs. A few years on and my right implant is now different to my left (misshaped) and I will need further surgery in due course. CC Kat was abrupt and rude throughout my post op checks and I had to endure two further debridement procedures as my wounds were not healing properly. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone - I would not want my experience to be endured by others under any circumstances!

I have been a long-term patient of Kat&co, seeking a tummy tuck following a significant weight loss of nearly 11 stones. Due to the resulting excess skin on my abdomen, I consulted with Miss Kerstin. Miss Kerstin, a highly professional and compassionate surgeon, demonstrated a clear understanding of my aesthetic goals. She recommended a FDL abdominoplasty with muscle repair. The entire care team and nursing staff provided exceptional support throughout the surgical process. Post-operative care was also outstanding. I am extremely pleased with the results, which have significantly improved my quality of life. I am immensely grateful to Miss Kerstin for her exceptional work. I highly recommend this clinic and, specifically, Miss Kerstin, for those considering a tummy tuck.

My experience from the initial consultation to admission for surgery was smooth and stress-free. The communication was clear throughout, and Dr. Salibi was very transparent about what could be achieved, honestly acknowledging that perfection isn’t always possible!

Upon admission, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and then attended to by Nurse Maria, who conducted my health checks. Both were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. The anesthetist was also very personable, helping me feel comfortable before the procedure.

I am now two days post-op and eagerly awaiting my results during the upcoming dressing change, as well as observing how my body heals. I highly recommend this clinic — the premises were spotless, and I appreciated knowing exactly what to expect at each step of the process.

The team goes above and beyond to prioritise patient safety, satisfaction, and long-term results. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, every step is handled with precision, compassion, and transparency.
The level of follow-up and support is something truly amazing.
The clinic is clean, well-organised, and welcoming, with experienced staff who truly care.

I have had a poor result with bad scarring and miss shapen areolas on both sides. Kat & Co charges a premium price and the standard is low. After follow up appointments I was brushed off and there was no outcome. I will now have to seek a revision via a different surgeon.

I’ve just had surgery here with Dr Leonardo Fasano im absolutely over the moon with it so happy and confident now with my shape i had a brilliant experience with all the team staff nurses everything was easy and pleasant will definitely be going there again when i decide what to have done next time well done to all of you especially Dr Leonardo Fasano🥰

After having two breast surgery in the space of one year with ms Kat I am still not happy with my results. My nipples are still sitting very low and have loose skin and I need another lift. Cost me an absolute fortune two breast surgery in one year, now I will have to pay again for another. I definitely won’t be giving my money to kat & co again.

I've had various procedures at different clinics which I should of gone back to. I chose kat and co due to alleged high standards. Worst experience of my life which has left me with life long disfigured features. Dr mattine performed my surgery they selected him for my operation and then took no responsibility for the hideous results I was left with both mentally and physically they have ruined my life. They did report him to the GMC however but how does that help me? It doesn't. I had follow up appointments where they made excuses all the time not to help. I was left with awful scaring a hole in my head which now has a huge dent I lost the majority of my hair when I used to have lovely thick long hair. They said it was shock hair and would grow back. I have one eyebrow and eye lower than the other which Mrs Kat stated she didn't do eye lifts. They did absolutely no after care washed my hands of me. Iam a hard working nurse myself and they basically robbed me of over £7000 which I not received any of it back which I find disgusting. I was unable to leave the house for months on end due to a hole in my head . No hair and no confidence. Please stay well clear of this place or you will be greatly disappointed.

I’ve just had my Breast Augmentation with Dr kat and her team. The level of care and professionalism is brilliant. Everything was explained in detail before my surgery and i was made to feel very relaxed. I’m really confident i will love my results. Thanks again to a wonderful team.

I was clearly unlucky as I see so many good reviews and have been aware of Mrs Kats reputation, this is why I accepted her advice in the consultation. I showed Mrs Kat the skin on the sides of my body as well as the skin on the front, I stated clearly that I didn’t want them to be there. This is where we have disagreed, Mrs Kat said to me that I would have a much better result if I had a smaller scar (traced her fingers above my pubic line about 8/9 inches across). “A better result”, for someone who has done so many of these procedures should be able to predict the after results before the patient is even healed.
She did not once tell me that to have the sides done would be a bigger operation and more expensive. She didn’t tell me that the skin on the sides would not change at all.
I woke up after the operation and saw my scar and felt sick. It went up to my hips and immediately told the nurses and staff that came in. I have had severe nerve pain in my right leg that I was told would heal in 3 weeks, then 6, then 9-12 and I still have it now 4 months on and i was not warned of this side effect. I was warned my belly button might not be straight but it’s a whole belly button across from where it should be.
I have had some really bad experiences at Mrs Kats clinic and the spire hospital which she decided to bad mouth the second I told her my complaints about the hospital.
I bought underwear in my actual size as I always went for X-large to hide my skin, which now makes my skin on the sides worse than before.
She has been condescending and patronising and as I have terminal Brain Cancer I find this to be disgusting behaviour. I decided to have this treatment done to make a wish come true and be “normal” for the first time in my life had failed. I still hate the way I look naked and still hate it with clothes on I can see the skin on the sides hang over and she knew I didn’t like that at all.
To me to see the skin on the sides when I look in the mirror, and see my scar go right up to my sides makes this whole procedure pointless, and wasteful! I’ve regretted this so strongly it’s made me ill, she knew I had IBS which is triggered by stress of which I have been served plenty by Mrs Kat and her team.

I had vaser lipo 4 areas in August with Dr Leo Fasano at Kat and Co. Dr Fasano listened! he advised me on what areas would get me the best results. He not only removes he sculpts! I cried the first time I seen my body after surgery. He really is a work of art. I would not hesitate to have any further surgery with Dr Fasano. He is amazing. The aftercare is amazing, the team are superb, friendly and always on hand 24/7 if advice is required after surgery. highly recommend. I can't stop looking and admiring my new figure. I have had 2 sessions and this treatment has not worked.
You think it has worked in the first 2 months because your armpits are still numb and weak from the anaesthetic but once that had healed my sweat came back even worse, and the odour is vile (I smell of onions) it has also left dark scars on my armpits. I had real high hopes about this procedure but unfortunately my sweat is much worse. The aftercare follow up call is just a process they follow, they don’t care how you actually feel! Please avoid and save your money.

Amazing from start to finish. Had consultation and spent a fair bit of time going over what I wanted and what would suit me. At the time of my hospital appointment she came to see me and talked through everything, she then marked me up and came to get me ready for the operations. When I woke up I had a few problems and they where immediately sorted out and nothing was to much trouble. I was cared for at rhe highest standards and the after care was excellent, Once out of hospital I was in every week to check everything and have dressings changed. Given medications to keep me out of pain and the results after all this even 12 years later are still amazing and no real scarring even after the first few weeks, everything was healed by 12 weeks easily, I am even today amazed by the results. I would recommend Ms CC Kat over and over and have done on many occasions and seen many people go to her and get fantastic results and minimal scaring.

I intend to see her again in the near future. Done in July 2011. I am unable to set the date on here.

Having read Ivana Ilych’s review, I felt as if I was reading about my own experience. I’d previously had implants elsewhere which I’d been so happy with but because that was almost 18 years earlier I felt that I needed them changed and also an uplift. I was eventually in a position to have the procedure done in March 2019 and researched different surgeons and decided on Mrs Kat. The initial consultations went well. On the day of the surgery I reiterated that previously I had to have different size implants on each breast because my breasts were different sizes so could I have this but I was told that she wouldn’t do that, as I was also having an uplift she would take more skin away from the larger breast. A few months after the surgery I was so unhappy with the result that I contacted the clinic to be told that too much time had passed for anything to be done. I wasn’t even offered another follow-up appointment for them to see the result. Time has passed and I’m so unhappy with the result. One breast is noticeably larger than the other (as I’d made them aware before surgery). My nipples are also stretched and the breast look elongated not round, there is encapsulation and an unsightly dark scar running from under the breast crease to my nipple. I hate looking at them, I have to avoid wearing tighter fitting tops as the size difference is obvious and now I’m not financially in a position to have them corrected. All that money spent and time travelling to and from the clinic wasted, to end up with breasts that look worse now that before I had surgery ☹️.

I’ve had three surgeries with Mrs Kat (thigh lift, lower back reduction and lipo abdominoplasty). My experience for all three surgeries has been excellent from the consultation right through to the post operative care. During the consultations Mrs Kat was professional, thorough, honest, realistic and kind. Surgeries were carried out under twilight anaesthesia which aided recovery. The post operative care in the recovery room, at follow up appointments and also virtually during out of hours has been fantastic. Mrs Kat has changed my life, her skill and precision is second to none and my results are incredible. I would highly recommend Mrs Kat and Kat & Co to anyone seeking similar surgery. Special thanks also to Marija, Nicola, Nadia, Charity, Becky and Eva for their care, kindness and support during my recovery and beyond.

Saved for a long time for a longed for breast surgery, and left desperately unhappy with the results.
Dr used the wrong size and shape implants for me, leaving me with very wide, square breasts. Dr also decided while I was under anaesthetic to increase the size of the implants - the results being breasts larger than I ever wanted and which I now have to dress to conceal.
As a size 10, I have to buy bras with a 38 or 40 band with - despite my actual back size being much narrower than this - in order for the cups to fit the ultra wide implant base.
Not only this, but my areola have stretched beyond all proportion and now look freakish, or at least as if I breastfed multiple children. I am a nulliparous young woman.
I feel that my breasts are now so ugly that I cannot have relationships. The sight of them disgusts me, and so I cannot expect a partner to look at them.
I feel that she ignored some of my requests for the aesthetic outcome with a view to get me to come in for a revision surgery. Sadly, I do not (and will not) have sufficient funds for this, so I am stuck feeling deformed and hideous. I sometimes contemplate trying to ‘fix’ them myself at home. Needless to say, I do not feel that her claims to be a perfectionist are true. Simply listening to patient requests would be a good start.

Anastasia has transformed my skin. I feel much more confident in my skin and she recommends such amazing products. Thank you so much
