Waited months for a cat tree called a Maine Coon Lounger. The top bed is far too small for a large breed. They show a picture of a long haired cat sitting on it but no way is this a fully grown MC.
When I brought this to their attention I was told, despite sending photos with tape measure of my cat that zi was basically wrong. Offered return but at my expense for a box weighing 48kg.
I have had nothing but insults. I was told cats only sleep curled up! That the 17"x14" bed is big enough ( the cat disagrees).
Absolutely no customer service and btw. These cat trees are made in China, not UK as I thought they would be seeing as how the company blares out their uk status.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS

I received my order very quickly and was happy with the service I’ve recieved.

I ordered a cat tree in mid-August. It's now mid-September and I still haven't received my item or a refund that I requested. Somehow the items has shipped twice by different couriers and still not managed to get to me... I was given a tracking number and none of the normal couriers see it as a valid tracking number.

James has told me that he'll only refund once the item has been returned to them from the courier company, but I'm reluctant to believe it has even been shipped. Apparently, I rejected the first parcel from Evri (not sure why I would be asking where the parcel is if I had rejected it) was returned to them and somehow they had to wait on their supplier to get the item? No attempt to make things right has happened.

Ordered for 1st time, super variety with some special products. Super quick delivery despite need to change address, very good and quick communication.

Cat tree I originally ordered was out of stock got a email after giving me 3 different options to choose from arrived within a couple of days couldn’t recommend more

I specifically ordered from this website as it states UK, expecting to receive my order within a few days. Didn't hear from them for over a week and chased up. They had contacted me but the email had gone to my spam. Apparently what I had ordered was no longer available. They offered me something similar (in their opinion though it was completely different colour). I agreed to the product swap if they could expedite the order. They placed the order than said due to the fact it was coming from abroad it would take at least 4 days to dispatch (no offer to try to get it to me sooner despite requesting this or not having the stock of what I had ordered and paid for). I had a thought about it overnight and decided not to bother to wait anymore so requested my refund. Apparently this takes 5 to 8 working days for their accounts department to even process (let alone me get the money back in my account!!)

What a complete joke this company is. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. They make Amazon seem like Harrods!

Yes the email went into spam. My review stated this already! The multiple follow-ups were the 2 emails both in spam, (not your fault OR MINE!!!!!!! But must happen all the time - could you not have tried calling?? Or Or is that too much trouble for you????? emails were not sent “immediately” and why show an item in stock and allow people to order pay for it when it isn’t?? Get a grip of your stock situation!! Regarding the offer to give me a superior product at the same price, it was what, 7% more and was a full price item during a sale when most your items were heavily discounted so I don’t even believe it was an “upgrade” though you tried to sell it as a “complimentary upgrade” and was also a completely different colour. I don’t see how it was an “upgrade” on what I ordered originally as when I looked into it further I saw it on Amazon at less than half the price you had it for on your website.
I’ve read your responses to other people who have been honest in their reviews and your arrogance in your replies clearly shows a lack of empathy and basic customer service skills! Also you state 5 days is standard for a refund but you stated 5-8 “working days” which is appalling for an item so expensive that I never received!

Fact is your item was out for of stock, error is on you for having it shown as available when it it wasn’t! you didn’t tell me “immediately” it was the next working day your 2 emails went into spam, you didn’t try to contact me by phone. You offered me an item as an upgrade which was a different colour and though you classed it as superior and a complimentary upgrade is indeed on Amazon at less than half the price you have it listed for on your website. Which we have already ordered, received and are very happy with - as are our cats. I look forward to your next arrogant condescending response. You’re just making yourself look like a melt “James”

The end product was easy to assemble and is a good-looking bit of kitty-kit, giving the balls as an enrichment activity. I was a bit unsure in terms of communication / tracking of the parcel so I think there’s room for improvement there. It’s also quite lightweight so possibly better on a hard floor using the non slip pads provided. Mine is on a carpet and can wobble when used as it is intended. My clever young tortie loves chasing the balls and is using the scratching post - though is a bit wary when it wobbles.

Kitten absolutely loves this cat tree, very clear instructions and well made product. Would definitely recommend

A beautiful and well built very large cat tree.
The construction is solid and safe for my cat to climb in safety. It is also an aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture for the garden.
I am sure that eventually she will climb to thee top level with ease and has started going into the lovely cave house at the bottom .

This is the second cat tree that I’ve ordered from Cat Tree UK. The first one took a while to arrive as it was out of stock, but definitely worth waiting for. This is beautiful cat furniture that actually looks good in your room.
With two new rescue cats on their way, I ordered a second post. Equally as well made and it arrived in days.
I’m happy and all the cats love the posts.

Great product! Good to look at and fits perfectly in my surroundings. I initially purchased one to test with my two cats, and they loved it so much that they even fought over ownership. To resolve this, I ordered a second one, ensuring each cat had its own bed. The only issue I encountered was that the dome's position didn't provide sufficient leverage for the cats to easily jump in and out (hence the loss of one star). To address this, I drilled two holes in the dome and rotated it to face the flat base thus allowing for easier entry and exit. This now works and the cats are pleased!

Very happy with my large ‘Spartacus’ for my 2 Romania rescue cats, they love it and up there all the time. Very easy to assemble and sturdy. Good coms from company, no problems.

cats love it. I bought the cat Palace from you which is inside and that is also extra sturdy hence the fact that I came back to you for my outdoor one. Very fast delivery with both climbers. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has large breed cats.

Recently bought a cat wheel. I very quickly received an email saying that the order had been “completed”, which puzzled me as I had received no delivery details - any fears were allayed when the package simply appeared the next day. While it would have been more reassuring to get tracking info, it would be churlish to complain about a delivery so prompt. The wheel itself is of great quality and was fairly simple to put together, even for a relative DIY novice. If only I could now persuade my cats to use it…!
