Didn't like material too heavy for summer. Plus my total charge was $89.67...they charge $16 more for shipping then return is 10.99 so they make almost $30 ...that is just wrong.

Not happy with online ordering
Not happy with online ordering. Bought 4 items and chose to pick them up at the store to save on shipping cost. 3 items arrived at the store at different times and my last item never arrived. I woke up the other day to find out Lane Bryant charged my credit card for the entire purchase for a second time. I found an email the next day saying they cancelled one of my items so, I am thinking they meant to credit my account but, instead billed me twice for the entire purchase amount. It is such an inconvenience in my already busy schedule. I had to take pictures of my credit statement to show I was billed twice and call my credit card to get there fax# as requested. Haven't heard anything yet. Hoping they resolve this issue soon and return my money.
