The store claims that they will provide a price match but they will not! In my past experiences Black Friday was always the best deals even though there is a Cyber Monday. However, this year was different. On Black Friday the online deal was 30% off and on Cyber Monday it was 50% off. I purchased items on Friday and once i saw how discounted Monday was i wrote to customer service requesting a Price Match. They refused to price match me. So i will be Returning all the items i bought from Black Friday and never shopping there again.

I absolutely love shopping online with Lane Bryant but instead of shopping online last night I went into the store and had the best employee ever!!!!
Nedra is her name she works at the Roosevelt mall store in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She told me things that I never knew and I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant for over 30 years. I never knew that if I like something on the clearance rack and they didn’t have my size the store can look it up on their computer And order it to my home free of charge shipping is free of charge . Nedra Went above and beyond just for me. I’ve always disliked going into the stores because there’s some employees that just don’t want to do the jobs. It’s Thanksgiving week now the start of the holidays and after being in the store last night I feel like I’m in the Christmas mood now.. I need to shop for two females in my life and I’ve made plans to go in when Nedra is working so she can show me what to buy

I went to pick up my package from the store and the sales associate on the floor turned around and saw me at the counter and never acknowledged me, ever. It just so happened another associate came out the back later and asked was I being helped and she's the one that helped me. If you can't multitask or be friendly you have no business working with the public.

Bad experience. I ordered 3 pairs of boots yesterday and applied for credit card. Approved for credit card, however my order didn't get placed. When I checked this morning, they're still in my cart. Now the prices are way more. No help from customer service. So I guess I'm not going to order from this place. Very disappointed!!! Should have been able to save at least 100.00 dollars.

Horrible experience in the Lane Bryant Burlington store. I had bought some clothes online a few months ago, then became very ill with Type 1 diabetes, and in and out of the hospital, so I was unable to return them quickly. The clerk was just incredibly nasty to me --so nasty, in fact, I felt forced to explain my situation so that she would stop her rude behavior. That made ZERO difference. She absolutely made sure that I felt humiliated and continued to remind me (over and over) that I was putting her out because I was late on the returns. She also was smugly happy she could only refund $15 on an $89 blazer and $23 on a $79 dress -- and only on a gift card. It was a humiliating and upsetting experience. I plan to complain higher up on this but needed to vent just returning from this totally awful experience.

I went in looking for bras. They only had one in my size, so i took that and ordered 3 more. I paid cash. The bra i took home fell apart after the first wash. When the other 3 came in, I immediately took them back only to find out that they had converted my cash to a gift card and i could only get a gift card in return from them. I will never shop with this shady brand again.

The New Summer Dressy outfits are all in my closet. Unfortunately, they have to bag your clothes like youre shopping at goodwill...Lane Bryant prices are like Dillards..at least Dillards leaves the garments on hanges and covers them with the clear garment cover...

The clothing styles are made for older women who like to cover their shape. I am in my thirties and can only buy jeans underwear and t-shirts here. Plus you absolutely must try on any outfit because not every style is made for every body type. The models in their catalog are tall and slimmer then the rounder women who buy their clothing in stores. I've shopped with this company since I was a teenager, and by the same things every year. I wish they would sell more hipper things like bodycon dresses, and plain dusters. It seems like everything must have flowers and lines and frills. The prices for clothing is high, but very few things are worth that price in here. The bonus is if you make enough purchases you get a rewards check back in the mail to shop some more!🤨 one thing I hate about shopping in store is that the staff can get mean with you. But recently they've gotten rid of mean staffers and replaced them with nicer more friendlier men and women. And they greet shoppers by name, especially if you frequent the store often. Online or in-store- You can find deals daily.

I wish I could give this store a 0 rating! After over 10 years of being a loyal customer, they charged me a late fee after I paid my bill (on the day it was due) just because it was after 8 pm. Absolutely ridiculous! I even spoke to a representative and called in to pay my bill and she never mentioned anything about a late fee being applied. Needless to say, I hate that this happens but they have lost a customer in me for good! The customer service guy basically told me that he had the authority to waive the fee but he wasn’t going to. I’m canceling my account with them ASAP! Horrible customer service!

While on vacation I went to Lane Bryant In the outlet mall in Daytona Beach and I had the pleasure of meeting to awesome and amazing young ladies Lizzy and Kei they had the best customer service that I’ve ever experience in a retail store they were very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of my purchase so I just wanted to let the manager or whoever reads the reviews know that these two young ladies are the bomb.com Thank You ladies for such an amazing experience.... You Rock You Guys Are Awesome!!!

SO I got a credit card with this company a couple years ago. Recently I had a pay increase.
I bought a new car and they lowered my credit limit.
Mind you I've not been late on a bill and I've always paid more than the minimum amount all year YET they decreased my credit limit just before the holidays (great for gifts).
I called to cancel the card immediately. I don't want to give my business to this company any longer.

I have been a Lanebryant customer for years and I have always loved their clothes. Last year I opened a Lanebryant credit card account, and purchased an outfit at my local store. I payed the balance due when the bill came, and did this a few more times throughout the year. I have a 0 balance on my card, so I owe them no money. Last year in August Hurricane Harvey hit Houston pretty severly, and I had to max out my credit cards to take care of business losses, and also taking care of my family's misplacement. So this high usage damaged my credit quite severly, and dropped my credit score quite drastically. I am still paying down that debt as we speak. during this time, i still don't owe Lanebryant any money, because i haven't shopped. I was informed today even though my payments have been great with them, the cancelled my credt card with them because my credit score has dropped. i am quite disturbed by this, because this means that they have access to running my credit without my knowldege, and also even though my history with them is great, none of that matters. Needless to say I am done shopping at Lanebryant.

Lane Bryant has changed a lot and this year their bras are not as good as they use to be. I normally shop at Lane Bryant for their bras since I am top heavy but lately the bras (balconette) I've been purchasing are not lasting as long as they use to. I wash them a couple of time and its like they've lost their shape and elasticity. Their bras cost too much to not be lasting that long. LB may need to go back to the drawing board on the design or company that are manufacturing their bras.

The clothes this year are a flop ... old and frumpy stuff last year the clothes were better and the past year the swimsuits have been a flop also ... whoever you guys partnered up with you guys need to partner up again!!

I had been on the "perfect bra" search for quite awhile. I learned my size in one brand was not the same size in another brand. After many purchases and returns, I remembered a bra I had worn a number of years ago and I got it out and wore it. Well it was great, but I was now one size larger than I was years ago. So I ordered the same bra in the next size up but same cup size. They are wonderfully comfortable and I'm barely aware I have them on. The bra I'm raving about is the Cacique wireless. I'm a 42DD and love the smooth cup and comfortable straps. Many thanks!!!

I love this store because it carry clothing for the plus size buisness professional. They are little more expensive but they are high quality and look so good and really last. So the pay is worth it. I get all of office wear pants from here. They also carry shoes for wide feet that are so sexy and pretty and majority are so comfortable to walk in. I am a regular in their stores and sites!
