After months on and off waiting for answers for a major player in the market, on a project we started thinking about in February with them. It just took forty or so minutes with Fiona. Web enquiry was answered almost by return by a phone call, discussions had about what makes our circumstance challenging, sorted within fifteen minutes. Plus on exactly the same kit, we saved our organisation nigh on £600.

Proper old fashioned, human to human, banter and customer service. Would highly recommend, and I know who has our ongoing custom now.

She has always responded promptly, kept me updated, and gone the extra mile to make sure everything was organised correctly. Needed to urgently replace a broken down oven - bought from Catering Appliance because of next day delivery promise. I even called them to check they had it in stock and the delivery was indeed next working day which they confirmed. That was a week ago. Every day I get excuses how their courier lets them down, and that I would probably get it tomorrow. But they didn't even have it in stock, they drop ship equipment from manufacturer. Our business is stalled, I am now organising to hire a temporary oven incurring a lot of extra costs, and catering appliance refuse to take any responsibility.

Jemma was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
She understood what we required and was very helpful in sorting out the specific delivery date we requested.

Massive shout out to Fiona Kelly. She worked so hard and efficiently to get me over the line with several last minute appliances before the schools opened. I literally don’t even get prices from anyone else, as the service I get from Fiona is first class

We were a little cautious initially because the pricing is such good value compared to other online companies but in this case our anxiety was unfounded. There were some concerns when we realised which courier was being used but Lindsay and Lucy were courteous and sympathetic to our previous poor delivery experience and gave assurances that they would assist if issues arose. Happy to say that none occurred and the food processor was delivered safely and in good time. The entire process was smooth and efficient from the online ordering, payment and paperwork to delivery, and the communication was quick, friendly and very supportive. We will definitely shop with CAS in future.

Website was easy to follow, advisor answered quickly and was great and not over the top with the smarmy insincere comments i dislike. Product ordered, e mail sent and payment made next day - surely that is all you can ask for. Well done Lindsey

Always so easy to use and always provide great service. I often find the items I want on a more 'established' business that we won't name and then come to Catering Appliance Superstore to get them at a substantially reduced rate! Definitely my 'go to' for our restaurant.

Excellent customer service from Lucy. Friendly and approachable.

I have been waiting for about a month as we bought two products and they want me to pay 250 pounds for each item despite I have already paid for the warranty. They say this is because in most cases the damage is not covered under the warranty so why did I buy a warranty.
Not happy with the service at all and will not buy anything from them in the future.

Ordered a Portable AC unit this morning, made payment, delighted to get one. Turned into disappointment with a voicemail saying 'Sorry, we've sold far more than we've got stock so yours is cancelled. Maybe try in 6-8 weeks?'

Really terrible experience. Why on earth are you taking orders for stock you don't have?

Here's a radical new idea: count how many items you have in stock, sell that many.

I know, I know, it's very complex, but it might lead to you not disappointing lots and lots of customers and ruining your previously good reputation.

Avoid, don't bother, will spend the rest of my day warning customers on reddit and social media and every review site with the facts.

Don't trust them.

I bought a few things from Catering appliances. most reliable company and cheaper than anywhere else.

The product I needed was well priced and Lindsay couldn't have been more helpful
