Absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. I have ordered multiple tracksuits in different sizes to see which ones would fit me best (over £500 purchase) and return/ exchange the rest.
The first issue arose when they claimed that the delivery time of my first purchase would be one, but ended up actually receiving it two weeks later than the time frame they have given me.
The second issue was that every single day for at last 10 days, I have emailed them for the return and exchange address, which they still haven’t provided me with (they have a 14 days policy of returns and exchanges).

I will now have to see whether they will even allow me to return/ exchange the products baring in mind it is completely their fault.

I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you know that you are 100% keeping what you ordered.

My grandson ordered a tracksuit and have had no confirmation. He emailed them but no response. He ordered and they took the money 2 weeks ago and it said it would arrive in a few days, but didn’t. Is this a scam company?

If I could rate a zero I would. Ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms at end of October with shipping stated as shipping in 14th November now over a month later its still not been shipped and still not arrived. Ignored my emails and now they are closed for chrstimas. Not like they are cheap they cost me £84 and now ny sin will not have them for Christmas and u have to buy hum something else leaving me out of pocket. Awful company and awful customer service.

I am not a made up review! Although at first I did not receive the usual email like most purchases online to confirm order. I did receive a reply to my email straight away confirming when I would be receiving the tracksuit. It was delivered on time with Royal Mail and the quality is excellent 👌🏻

Have ordered a track suit from carsicko.
Was on a 3-5 working day delivery, has been 10days and not even had a dispatch notice.
Have sent 2 emails and tried to call them but no reply.
I wish i had read the reviews first as it turns out its not a good place to buy from!
Customer service at this point does not exist.
Avoid this company.

Ordered a tracksuit for my son for xmas! Although it took a little longer to arrive i can honestly say my son is over the moon with it! Don't believe all the negative reviews.

These people are scammers, who target teenagers. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.
The few positive reviews on here have been proved to be fake, they 'plant' a couple every now and then to keep the money coming in.

Please save your money and do not buy anything from this store. Wish i saw the reviews before i purchased anything, all the poor reviews on here are an extremely accurate representation of what i've been through. Their customer service is as if it's been run by a 12 year old, receiving responses that didn't answer any of my questions every 1-2 weeks later. I ordered a £150 hoodie that arrived 2 weeks late, came in the worst, crumpled state i've ever seen, hoodie was a cheap quality and the print looked like it was about to peel off any second. The tags were still on the item ,never worn, i had contacted them within 14 days, but the reason i couldn't get a refund... because 'i opened the packaging'. Deep that response. Take your money and run.

I ordered some hoodies and joggers that never arrived and they refused to do anything about it or even attempt to contact the courier to try and sort out the problem. Till this day, I haven’t received my items and haven’t received a refund of the money I paid for them and that was in July 2023. It is now Nov 2023 and they are still ignoring my messages and refusing to do anything

If you value your hard earned money, don’t order from this joke of a company

J’ai renvoyé mon article depuis 1 semaine pour un remboursement ou un échange pour la bonne taille, mais ils ne répondent pas par mail et injoignable sur le téléphone. Ils ont reçu l’article et m’ont dis que 2 jours je recevrai des informations sur la livraison retour, mais là ça fait 1 semaine que j’attende et je n’ai reçu aucun mail en plus de ça ils ne répondent plus par mail alors que je leurs ai laissé une dizaine de mails

Returned a pair of joggers in July firstly said I couldn’t be refunded and then after arguing the point they still haven’t sent a refund. They have said they have sent refund but yet to receive this and now not getting a reply from them

DO NOT BUY from this very poor company. Emails are ignored. There is NO customer service!

I ordered a hoodie from their website 2 months ago. The hoodie took 1 month to arrive and it was the wrong hoodie. I have since then sent the hoodie back and it’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve not heard anything back about my refund or getting the correct hoodie I ordered sent out. I have emailed them multiple times and not heard anything back.
Very unsatisfied as a customer.

I got a large order from them, the delivery took 5 months of that wasn’t bad enough the track pants came in the wrong size and a giddier I got came with a whole in the back and the worst quality hoodie I’ve seen. They refused to refund me or do anything about it. I havent worn these clothes and I can’t even resell becasue of the quality. The worst brand to exist. If they had better customer service maybe I’d reconsider writing this review but they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction and they just care about money in their pockets. Fraudulent company

Honestly, i don't know how to start, these guys are scammers, I received an email about a 70-off discount, and I checked an item and applied the discount to see what the final price would be, but their website decided to checkout the item with the full price. Then when i message them about it the cancel the order without saying anything back or confirming when im get the money back and nothing happened, they took 212 pounds away from me and the are not replying to my emails or calls and honestly i don't know what to do because is a lot of money. I have raised a bank dispute but I'm not sure if they can help with the situation since Carsicko is very good when it comes to taking people's money, does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do, Or please if you see this carcicko ..... Stop ignoring me and answer my emails. My order number is

As usual with these fly by night pop-up insta brands, they will take your money instantly, deliver massively behind schedule and then go completely silent if there is an issue. "Contact us within 14 days for returns" is only relevant if they bother answering within 14 days .. which they won't. In terms of the items decent quality generic design with a logo slapped on. Avoid and certainly ensure your kids avoid to swerve your personal butt ache.

Took quite a while to get here but did for some reason only get shipped on 31st of july but then delivered by 12th aug, very much worth wait though amazing brand

Genuinely the best brand I’ve ever shopped from. Don’t know why people give bad reviews. Quality is insanely good, descriptions are spot on and delivery times are very quick. Even when they do a pre-release they state delivery times clearly via email, website and Instagram. Can’t wait to see more growth!
