Have to agree with majority of reviews a total sham of a company. Grandson wanted one there tracksuits and as of today still not received from ordering in January, despite numerous phone calls and emails. Don't bother ordering you won't get anything from them.

My son insisted on have a tracksuit from this company. Foolish I did not read any of the reviews, just gave in to him….
The payment was taken off my account 30th November 2024. I received an email acknowledging the order and advising of 8-10 shipping working days.
Let me tell you dear readers that we are still waiting.
Be smart and don’t order from these criminals.

SHOCKING!!! Placed an order on 27/11/24. Had a confirmation email and money taken but as yet (9/1/25) no items received no other communication and they do not reply to emails when chasing up the order!!! Shocking service….. Big Big Scam….. now trying to get my money back via credit card company!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I placed an order on 29 August and never received the item. I've tried to contact them lots of times but no one replied.

There are 2 Carsicko IG pages, the fake IG page based in Ukraine is “car-sicko live” and the real IG page is called car-sicko. DO NOT place an order from the “Car-sicko live” Instagram IG page,
I placed an order for a jacket on “car-sicko live”as on their IG story, they were on sale, the order confirmation I received was that I had signed up to join membership of: go true style.com a company based in Cyprus!!! I have never placed an international order nor have I ever heard of this website. I never received the order. The payment process you will confirm the payment on the credit card app and receive a verification code, once this goes through the email you will receive is confirmation that you have signed up for VIP membership.

Someone has placed an order with them or they are using my bank details themselves. Had an email saying thanks for your order which had been done at 2.55am this morning. The delivery details aren't my details so Someone is using my details illegally, I have tried to contact carsicko by email and their contact form as well as ringing them. Had to ring my bank and will now report to the police. Absolute scam and need reporting everyone.

Bought loads on the sale. And unlike most these reviews, it came super fast, quality is great and packaged well… however the ‘don’t touch hoodie’ is MASSIVE. I order an m (I’m 6ft 77kg) and the hoodie fits me like XXL? Unless you’re about 6ft 5 this hoodie won’t n fit anyone. When I try to return, I’m getting same stick as most reviews here. No answer on email, then air on the DM’s after they responded ‘what’s my order number’ smh. Sort it out. I love to support black brands but I despise this styff

Orderd 3 weeks ago now and havnt received the company also tried to take a total of 300 pound out of my bank account lucky en ight it was in my savings I should have read the reviews before wasted my money and I can’t say I’m expecting it to come abosolute joke

Ordered a pair of shorts, said 3-5 working days shipping, haven't received an update for a week now, very poor considering I brought a hoodie from them 2 weeks ago and it came in 4 days. Customer service is horrible, don't reply to Instagram or emails. Would avoid

Returned a hoodie cause it was too big, started the whole process on June 1st. Now 3rd July and I’ve received nothing back (store credit, refund, exchange) they take more than a week to respond to each email and repeat the same thing. Keep telling me I can exchange for different items and by the time they respond the item I chose is sold out? Some dead company loool with no proper customer service they can’t even write an email correctly loool.

Tried to take £101 out of my bank after i payed for a hoodie. That's all I have to say. do NOT buy their stuff.

I tried to return some items I bought because the sizing was clearly stupid. It was before the 14 days which you are entitled to return. They blanked my multiple emails i sent to them for 20 days!!! Then emailed me saying sorry you can't return because it's been over 14 days?? This is literally a scam. Breaking the law like all the other reviews say. Don't bother, don't get FOMO u ain't missing anything😂

Sizes all over the place and they rarely respond to calls or emails which is a shame as the merchandise is actually of really good quality.

They refuse to accept returns or refunds and won't provide a returns address so are openly breaking consumer law.

To get your money back you'll have to do a charge back from your Bank.

However, to avoid this my suggestion would be not to deal with this company in the first place and until they have got their act together.

Ordered over a month ago, still not received items. Several emails have been sent, still nobody gets back to me. Absolute rubbish company.

Will never order from them again.
