My son gave me a link to get him a track suit for Christmas last year. I wish I had read the reviews. I boight and nothing arrived. Emailed several times no reply. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs. Way too risky.

Avoid, avoid, avoid - stick to the more honest brands. Horrific customer service - breaking all kinds of consumer rights laws - they did update their website slightly after I told them of this. Ordered a tracksuit, hoody and t shirt based on their returns policy being ok. That was my first mistake…I ordered in November..I was still asking for returns information in January…the illiterate responses to email requests for the return/exchange were unreal. I gave up on the end which was probably their objective. Obviously will never order again - which is a shame as the tracksuit was nice - should really report them to consumer standards but they’ll mess it up enough themselves at this rate….

Like many reviews do not buy please. The hoodie I received was too big so I asked for details to return for a refund as they told me the size I wanted was out of stock
They replied to me saying
FTP items, giveback orders/sale items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged for the right size.

I have now emailed numerous times explaining that I want a refund as they can’t supply the size I need as it’s out of stock
No reply from them despite me sending 10 emails
Do not buy from them if there’s a chance you will need to return for a refund
Do the right thing Carsicko and refund my teenage sons £75

Horrible customer service, returned my order as is did not fit, returned it to the address they stated was the returned address on my order and they said that I returned it to the wrong address and aren’t giving me a refund, luckily my bank covered me for the refund but they are a disgrace of a business horrible customer service! Do not buy for them! It’s borber line a scam!

If I could give a zero rating then I would.
I’ve ordered from this company a few times & now understand they just can’t deal with the volumes of orders they get, especially when they do a “drop”. They state dates for despatch & miss these dates by weeks. The items do eventually arrive but can take months to arrive. Longest wait for us was almost 3 months.
Our latest experience was totally ridiculous though. I’d ordered a tracksuit for my son in November 2023 at full price but before it had been despatched they dropped the price by 50%. So I contacted them & was told they couldn’t do anything about my existing order and that I’d have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back as a return. So I took the chance and ordered the same tracksuit with 50% off & awaited the arrival of both. The first order arrived in early December & I emailed them about returning the item (there is no refund process or return address on their website & the items arrive without an invoice.) In short, their return process is awful. They ignore messages & state that the items being returned must not have been removed from their original packaging - so if you’ve opened the item to try it on then I don’t think you’ll get anything back. We hadn’t opened any bags as we had no need to. Initially they asked me to confirm that I hadn’t opened the packages, which I provided. After being ignored and chasing them multiple times, I got asked for photographic evidence of the items in their bags. Absolutely no need for this given online trading laws but I provided it. Got ignored again, chased again…. You can see where this is going. I raised a formal written
Complaint & it never got acknowledged. I threatened legal action and it never got acknowledged. They’d come back to me eventually and ask for more photographic evidence, they did this 3 times.
They were clearly thinking I’d eventually give up. They were wrong.
Eventually on 31st January 2024, they provided me with a returns address. I was nervously about sending the item back, thinking they’d have the tracksuit back and my money & I’d get nothing back. I checked the address out on Google Maps & it’s a rented office space in Bow, London. Id post the address here but it I’d imagine it changes quite regularly.
I sent the tracksuit back with guaranteed delivery so they wouldn’t be able to say they didn’t receive it. And thankfully I did get the full refund in the end. But it took almost 3 months.
Awful awful company. Will never use again.

ABSOLUTE DIABOLICAL COMPANY!

Got an email to use their discount code “C45” and get 45% off, code seemed to work until I used my apply pay and was charged the full price of the item.

I immediately emailed & instagram DM’d them but the order was sent out 24/48 hours later.

I then got an email 5 days after the purchase date of them reconfirming the return details which I had already read and simply asked for the address to return it to.

A week later I am still waiting for a simple bit of communication with a return address. Luckily I paid using a credit card so am insured if they try and fail to process a refund.

NO EXCUSES FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPOND TIMES.

Anybody reading this, please take this as a sign to not use this company, avoid at all costs.

Finally got a response , please make this make sense, honestly DO NOT biy from these guys they are the biggest scammers , i will now take this up with my card

Still no communication after numerous emails and social media messages this company are a joke

This is the second order i am trying to return with no success, no return address provided, i have contacted this seller on all their social platforms, im at a lose of how to solve this issue, i dont know how they are getting away with ripping people off and feel really angry with myself for falling for this again now my daughter who is a student and works part time is £160 out of pocket, disgusting and will never use tjis store again

Ordered a beanie that was delivered to the COMPLETE wrong address, i checked numerous times that i entered the right address and I did. They have been impossible to get a hold of, they didn't pick up any calls and the email's that they replied to were clearly automated and didn't take into account anything I was saying.

Absolute rip off of a company, sizes are all in correct and when you want to exchange they reply what should size do you require and then hear nothing back. Basically are taking advantage of parents with teenagers who unfortunately like their products.. do not use this company.

Did never get my order the first time i ordered and again now they had cancelled my order because it was apparently lost in transit.

Another joke of a company targeting teenagers and with poor returns and customer service that doesn't respond. No extended return option for christmas presents and no responses from attempts to contact. Not sure how these companies survive and people need to stop buying.

Ordered a tracksuit, quality great but I need to change the size. I’ve been emailing for over 4 weeks now. The only reply I’ve had is to say they don’t offer refunds on giveback orders. Ok as I want to exchange, can I get measurements and have you got stock?. Replied again saying the same thing about no refunds. Numerous emails and nothing. Changed website, website always saying wait. How long are you supposed to wait in hope someone responds? Another month???!!!
Update -
I did eventually get a returns address. Sent joggers back, notified them they’d received them. Next day they replied and said the exchange was being sent and it arrived the following day. That part of the experience was much better.

Ordered two jackets both came slightly larger than I expected so thought I’d just return it as there’s a 14 day exchange/return policy. Hit em up probably a combined 15 times since that and only heard back from them one time where they asked for my order number just to ignore me again 🤣🤣🤣. What a joke. Customer service needs improving big time.

Ordered a tracksuit set for my son’s Christmas present. Ordered a size L but the hoodie was insanely huge! After about 3/4 emails they eventually emailed back to give a return address to exchange for a size M. I sent item back first class recorded nearly a week ago. No emails to confirm it’s arrived, customer service helpline is always an answerphone! Messaged on social media, no reply either! It doesn’t look like my son will be getting the tracksuit, just the joggers for Christmas 🤬. Yes items are of a good quality (bearing in mind it’s not cheap) so you would expect good quality. But if you have a query, wanting an exchange/refund (which is within my 14 day window) or if you need to contact customer service, it’s NO CHANCE!! Their support is zero and no such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My son will be so disappointed as well as myself! I emailed them AGAIN today to say if I don’t hear from them I’m contacting trading standards as well as my payment method to withhold/stop funds going through!

Biggest scam of a company running. Ordered a hoodie which couldn’t be delivered to me and is stuck in a sorting centre for weeks. They sent me a voucher eventually to then reorder which didn’t work!!! Scam, no customer service and they don’t respond. You’re at risk of ordering from here. They avoid emails and Calls getting back to you a week later with no explanation and relevant answer…Awful. Would be zero stars if they had one.

I wish I'd read the reviews as well. I ordered 2 sizes for my son and now trying to return the goods is proving impossible. They do not provide any return address and when you contact them they just don't reply. I'm trying to go to Trading Standards but not getting much help either.

They’re lucky that you can’t do a 0 star review because the service has been absolutely appalling. I received me zipper about a month and a half after purchasing it. and when my parcel eventually arrived… it had not one, but 2 bleach stains on it! That are very obvious to the naked eye. Since then I have emailed 3 times and no reply. Messaged on Instagram 8 times which I got a reply to the first time asking for my order number and since then not heard a peep back. disgraceful customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from here don’t, you’ll be disappointed

I ordered clothes for my son a few weeks ago and seen the reviews almost immediately after, so was quite worried. However, I sent emails and every email was replied to within a few hours, Yes, the order took longer than expected to arrive, but it came today and I’m delighted with the quality of the product. Maybe there are some worried competitors that are trying to damage this business as I couldn’t fault the product or customer service.

I received my parcel and only one item out of 3 were in the parcel, I have emailed many times and all I get is reply saying that the parcel is delivered, I am not arguing the fact just that it was delivered just that we are missing 2 items, they are now not responding to my emails, so we have basically lost 120.00, will never order from them again shocking service.
