Carpet Warehouse Anmeldelser

Peter and Rob were extremely helpful going above and beyond to arrange for my carpet and vinyl delivery in time for them to be fitted the weekend that I needed! I would highly recommend this company as they prioritise the needs of their customers!

A member of your staff took pity on us and ordered them. She was really helpful and unfortunately I didn't get her name. Samples great quality and arrived in about 2-3 days. Really pleased with them and the service. They give you the ability to realistically imagine a floor in a room with the colour and texture in it. Thank you we will be placing an order just as soon as we can find a fitter to measure up and lay it when delivered. We live near abergavenny if you know of anyone I would be grateful. Stairs, landing, four bedrooms. Many thanks.
Kindest regards

Phone in order of vinyl flooring on Monday. pickup the flooring on Thursday great service and price for good quality vinyl.thanks to Chris

Ordered some flooring on two separate occasions over about a year and was sent completely the wrong floor on both occasions. How is that even possible?? So if you want the hassle of having to arrange collection and wait for the correct flooring to be delivered I can 100% recommend!!

Free samples arrived quickly, unfortunately the carpet I choose is no longer available

Easy order of carpet Samples will deffo use for carpets when we decide which one we want

Great product, great communication, fast delivery, helpful delivery guys highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service ! Samples arrived fast, when my carpet width was out of stock Chris kindly rang the supplier and emailed me to let me know it would be available to order. They go the extra mile with a personal touch. They even called to confirm delivery details. I will be recommending to my friends and definitely be using again in the future.

It took several attempts to get the site to accept my my order. Also, after getting an offer of a 5% discount if i put in an order, i could not find anywhere to apply the discount.
I think the website looks very hood but the ordering is far from being suitable.
I have at last managed to get the order put yhrough but without being able to apply the discount.

I have had my faith in Carpet Warehouse and Trust Pilot completely changed. After i left my review today i had a phone call from Carpet Warehouse apologising for the problems i had and a promise to investigate. At the same time they have agreed to credit me with the discount I had been previously offered.
Great customer service and my grateful thanks in having my opinion changed.
