Placed an order for 2 tubes. Had confirmation by email immediately. Then nothing. How long does it take to dispatch 2 tubes or reply to an email. Emailed 3 times no reply. WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING ORDER. DO NOT USE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered some tiny bulbs over a week ago and it still hasnt arrived. No one answers the phono,just sent an email but I have a feeling that wont be answered either. Starting the charge back with my bank now. STAY CLEAR!!!@@

Ordered 14th July but until now the item has not been shipped. Emailed them but got ghosted. Don't buy from this site!!! Scammers!!!

Product arrived broken. I have phoned twice, emailed, used the chat function - Ignored each time. No accountability or customer care program that I can see.

I'm trying to return a product and the returns forms on the website won't load/have errors. You have to complete a returns form to get your money back, so this is convenient for Caradok....
I've messaged and emailed them to ask them to email me the form ....but no response.
This company is disappointing on all fronts.

If ever you need one piece of advice. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.

Very prompt delivery and wonderful packing, so received safe & sound.

I've given them a week to respond to emails but - silence. I ordered a light bulb and they sent it in an envelope. No surprise that the post person pushed it through the letterbox and I ended up with an envelope of broken glass. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering

My order hasn't arrived after weeks of waiting, even the status of the order hasn't changed. They don't answer phone calls, no response to emails. Considering the negative reviews how are they still in business is beyond me.

Dont buy anything from them, they dont ship, I placed order on 17th June, today is 29th and they have still not shipped yet. Its only two blanking plates so not sure what is the delay.
I emailed them as well and they have not replied to the email. There is also no way to cancel the order.

Accepting now that I have lost £8.99 for an electrical switch which I ordered late May 2026.

Contacted customer sales numerous times with no reply.

I should have checked their reviews on here but hay-ho, thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Waited nearly 4 weeks for an order that was advertised to have a delivery of 2-3 days, I’m an interior designer this was for a project so had to order from another supplier. When I finally got hold of them after attempting daily for a delivery update the order had conveniently already been dispatched but they agreed I could return when recieved, I did and I’m still awaiting a refund over a month on!!! I now can’t get hold of them again. I suggest using another supplier if don’t want the same pain and misery!

Wrong item sent - NOT the item pictured and did not fit our lamp, ordered on 11th May, took 11 days to arrive.

Contacted on the day it arrived (22nd May), several phone calls made - went to mobile voice mail messaging even though I rang a landline number, also sent messages from their website and email - NO RESPONSE.

CANNOT RECOMMEND - Sorry

30/05/26 Update:

Still no contact from this company either by phone or email - AVOID this company.

Have accepted I will not here from them, or get a refund.

Order superbly well packed and delivered promptly. Good value.

Product hasn't arrived by 4 weeks. I've sent polite emails twice asking what delivery time I should expect but no reply. Then left a phone message asking for a callback to reassure me that my order was still being processed. nothing. I'm beginning to think it's another scam company.

Excellent- fast and careful delivery of fluorescent tube. Very well packed Very pleased 😀

Quick and prompt

One of my bulbs arrived smashed. I have emailed, but had no response, when I call no one answers and I get a message saying their voicemail is full. Their chat doesn't give me the option to select refund/return.
