Please do not use this scamming company
Please do not use this company, steer clear at all costs. I ordered 5 bulbs for £30.82 on the 19th Jan 2026 and when I mailed to ask where the bulbs were I got this email

You may have noticed when placing your order, that for this item it states - Stock due: Contact Us For Expected Due Date.
We therefore needed to get some more stock sent to us.
The stock has now arrived, and your order has been sent to the warehouse team to pack and send out to you.
Keep an eye on your email for any updates, as you will be notified once the order leaves us, and you will also be sent your tracking information.

That was sent to me on the 23rd January and even though the stock was in, i’m still waiting and when I messaged again I was told that they had never told me that the stock had arrived but it clearly says that it had arrived and was being sent out.
It is now the 12th March, plenty of time for them to s
end them out.
If I could score a minus for the experience, I would.
I just want people not to deal with this scamming company The Lamp Company.
Terrible service
Ordered on site - had the lamp i wanted which no one else had - waited a couple of weeks as they had no stock - then an "alternative" arrived which I could have ordered on Amazon for a fraction of the premium price I paid - and they gave me some story that internet site says no stock - site was updated after I ordered - they say to send it back to them which is not worth my while - conclusion - in future I'll use Amazon

Poor customer service
Ordered and paid for bulbs from the website, should be 7-10 days delivery, told out of stock and offered alternative lower wattage bulbs, order not arrived after 15 days and several phone calls, staff were rude and offhand over the phone talking over me, so requested a refund. Will never use this company again
