Anyone leaving a 1 star review don't understand how to use it properly and did not reach out to the amazing support they got! I was also a bit frustrated with a few things and the Support was instantly there in less than a minute and helped me with the issue in no time. They are amazing and THE BEST platform for captions / subtitles especially.

Been using this for over a year, at first it was a little hard to get everything the way I want it to be, but customer service always helps to fix my problems. Creating captions is easy. However, the new website is not quite ready yet, a lot of lags and bugs, hope they fix it soon.

Great customer service! Unlike other companies that take months to process cancellations, Sam from their customer service team helped me cancel immediately. I’m very happy with the experience and might return.

Good and fast Support

It took awhile & a couple of hand offs to finally get to the right person but I was able to get my problem successfully resolved. Each step along the way the person I was speaking to was helpful & honest making sure to stay focused on helping me.

They were very quick to answer my question and directed me to the exact right place that solved my problem. Then they followed up to ensure I had been helped properly. I am very impressed and satisfied with their level of service and care!!

Very disappointing experience with Captions. I had removed/disconnected the subscription from my account, which was showing a free plan, but they continued charging me for around 6 months.

Support then told me that I was supposed to cancel the subscription separately through Stripe, even though there was no clear link or indication in the platform explaining this.

After contacting them, they refunded only the most recent $69.99 charge and refused to refund the previous months.

In my opinion, the cancellation and billing process is extremely unclear and customers should be very careful to check their bank statements even after disconnecting the service.

So far, I'm really satisfied with Captions.ai. The app is user-friendly and offers many convenient features for creating and editing content. I'm also impressed that the developers respond to user feedback and constantly make improvements. Of course, there are a few minor things that I think could be improved, but overall, I'm very happy with it!

There are no ai features, it is a very bad application and every other editing tool I ever used for free or paid was better.

Services are great, used it for only a month, some parts of the ai are a bit buggy as to be expected with any ai and some parts take some manual editing in software to get perfect but overall decent. Was really pleased with email customer support
