I subscribed to Captions Max but quickly realized that the web version did not include some of the specific editing features I needed for my Chromebook workflow.

This was not Captions’ fault, as I had been incorrectly advised about the features available on my platform. I contacted their support team, explained the situation honestly, and they canceled my subscription and issued a full refund immediately.

The response was fast, professional and fair. Even though the software ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my particular needs, the quality and integrity of their customer service deserve to be recognized.

Love the program and ease of use. The finished products exceeded my expectations every time. We simply stopped using it as we didn't need it any longer but if the circumstances change we will definitely be coming back to Captions

Utilizzo sito e app da diversi anni ed è comodo per tradurre video dall’italiano in tantissime altre lingue. Comodo sia con l’app che la versione web.
Adesso nel periodo di migrazione dal vecchio al nuovo sito ho avuto difficoltà a comprendere alcuni passaggi ed ho contattato l’assistenza che velocissima ha compreso il mio problema e mi ha dato subito la soluzione.

The video creation via Ai edit is very helpful. More than the tool the customer service is really, they are helpful in resolving the issues and guiding me to use the app in effecient manner!!

I wasn't ready yet for the subscription in my workflow but was blown away when I asked for help with cancelling that I actually got reply the same day with help to cancel when I wanted to! Appreciate the great customer service and not scammy!

Enfrentei um problema de opacidade na render. Reportei à equipe, responderam prontamente que iam resolver. Em poucos dias, o bug foi resolvido e ainda me avisaram por e-mail e pelo app.

Al principio tuve problemas con la app para mac pero el equipo de Captions me respondió súper rápido y pudimos solucionarlo sin problema gracias a su apoyo y ayuda en cada paso. Ahora trabajo con Captions y me hace la vida mucho más fácil. Gracias!

Sam from Mirage was very quick to respond regarding a billing issue. I've enjoyed seeing what the app can do, and excited to continue working on it. It seems cool so far!
