Spent 20 hours waiting for this tool to generate a simple 10-second ad. The AI was stuck on 'Reasoning...' then 'Pondering...' for hours. When it finally delivered, the quality was garbage. Not even usable for social media. Claims to be 'trained on 15M+ ads' but outputs look like a 2015 PowerPoint slideshow. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid

was looking for a good ad creation tool. They claim to make ad generation easy just by using a Shopify product link.

Yes, you paste the link, it extracts the images, and generates at least 4 images — but the quality was terrible, with random Chinese characters and strange avatars.

At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I tried creating a video. What a joke. Even though everything was in English, the video had Chinese subtitles, the voiceover was half English and half Chinese, the quality was awful, and it looked nothing like what was advertised.

After generating just a few videos and images, I ran out of credits and was asked to pay for more. Luckily, I stopped in time because it felt like a scam. They did not provide any refund.

Stay away.

I have been paying $99 for 6+ months and only found out now that I was getting 200 credits when the pricing said you get 300 credits.

I spoke to support and they said they can't migrate older users to the new credit limits.

Essentially meaning that I'm losing 100 credits a month because their systems cant update my plan with their offers and so I must LOSE out while being brand loyal.

I am dissatisfied with this company. When I registered a few months ago, there was a problem with the videos not generating properly. I eventually became frustrated and logged out for a couple of months. At the time of logging out, I still had 100 credits remaining. I just logged back in, and now all my credits have disappeared! I paid for credits that I did not utilise back then. I requested a refund of my credits, but they informed me that I would need to sign up again! This is a waste of my money. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it.

Misleading pricing and false advertising. The platform states that generating a 60-second video costs 10 credits, which is what I based my subscription on. However, I later discovered that 10 credits only covers 15 seconds, meaning a full 60-second video actually costs significantly more.

Very disappointing experience. The service is overpriced and does not bring anything significantly new compared to free tools available today.
It feels like you are paying for a simple wrapper around models that can already be accessed elsewhere at no cost.

Honestly, with basic knowledge, you can build something very similar in a short time using tools like LM Studio or other open-source solutions.

The value for money is extremely poor. I do not recommend.

Creatify delivers a solid product, and for someone entering the AI space, the platform is relatively easy to learn and use.

That said, the points expiration policy is a serious issue.

Allowing points to expire after 60 days—without strong, unavoidable notification—puts the burden entirely on the customer. As a business owner, I don’t have time to monitor expiration timelines just to avoid losing value I’ve already paid for.

Requiring customers to either zero out their balance or forfeit points is not a customer-centric approach—it feels punitive.

From a business perspective, this kind of model creates friction, reduces trust, and ultimately discourages long-term use. Customers should not feel like they are racing a clock to retain what they’ve already purchased.

At a minimum, this policy should be revisited with:

Mandatory and repeated expiration notifications
A longer usage window
Or removal of expiration for active paying users

If not addressed, this becomes a deciding factor in whether the platform remains a viable long-term solution.

Creatify has built something useful—but policies like this undermine the overall experience.

Paid for a full year upfront. Since their software has stopped working. Cannot create a single video, it just hangs for 5 minutes and then crashes out

Easy and Effective Tool For Engaging Content Creation. I liked that Creatify AI is easy to use even for someone like me who's not very tech-savy. It's user friendly and helps me create media and scripts that engage subscribers. I appreciate the many options it offers, which allows me to explore and implement in my journey. The fact that it interfaces well with other programs is a huge plus, and having readily available FAQ's and chat support for additional assistance makes it very convenient.

A great concept with tons of bugs and horrible customer service....well no customer service. Eats up credits and wastes time due to glitches. I've created great work on here but wasted hours trying to get it to work...with no one to contact to help. I would look elsewhere.

Almost unusable, 80% the UGC and ad clone templates are set to PRO and when there is a good one to close it uses a lot of credits. Even the avatars one, you are being pushed to pay more.
Quality is not that great neiter.

What makes Creatify.ai so good is that you can use your own voice and create many different images of you talking in different situations. It seems to be much better than any of the other AI outfits in existence today. I'm incredibly pleased with the results I've been getting.

My review is specifically about how Creatify handled a billing situation.

I hadn’t been actively using the service for a few months (usage was negligible), and I believed my subscription renewed in May. When I saw a charge in January, I was surprised. After looking into it more closely, I realized there were actually two subscriptions and I had misunderstood how they were set up.

I requested a refund for a term I knew I wouldn’t be using. My first request was denied based on their policy, which I understand. However, after asking for the situation to be reviewed again and explaining the circumstances, the team ultimately approved the refund.

Although it was technically outside their stated policy, I believe granting the refund was the right business decision given the negligible usage and the misunderstanding around the subscriptions. I’m appreciative that they took the time to reconsider and make an exception.

Their service is a scam, but what's worse is their support team, which simply swears at you! They write to you from other email addresses and threaten you.

I have had a $99 subscription plan for like 2 or 3 months, let's say 3 months and then in month 4 i didn't use it, which they tried to charge me, but couldn't get their money out

Most of the softwares i use will automatically cancel my subscription after several attempts trying to charge, which i feel it was even the ethical thing to do, but Creatify didnt cancel

Now I wanted to use the tool in month 5, and i got charged successfully this time and was told i was back on the pro plan

And then after about 12 to 15 days, they said i will now need to pay for month 5, that my previous payment was for the Month 4 and during this Month 4 when that they said i am paid for, i couldnt any render my videos which means i wasnt getting value at all

I think it is pure manipulation and deceit. The product itself is great, but it is unfortunate that the billing system isnt

Misleading company that shows prices is different currencies, but is just to mislead you. All the prices are in dollares. It shows that you would pay R$99, but you're charged for $99, and the difference is 5x more.

Seemed great at first, then after trying to create several HD product videos, it would just load and load for hours... then, eventually would time out and say "error" leaving me out 20+ credits each time and having to start over from scratch. This has been an ongoing issue, and support now doesn't even reply to my refund requests. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you Creatify!

I was a founding member on the unlimited credit plans. They downgraded me to 2000 credits p/m while paying 200 USD extra (without informing me about this change). That's what you get for being a loyal customer. Leaving this company as of today.

I’m really happy with the experience I’ve had with Creatify. I made a purchase and later realized it wasn’t what I wanted, so I decided to cancel my membership. When I reached out, AJ responded incredibly fast. I had accidentally subscribed to the annual plan, and he refunded more than half while keeping just the one-month subscription.

Later, when I had an issue with auto-pay, Anna helped me right away. She processed my refund and canceled the subscription without any hassle. Their policies are fair, and their customer service is truly the best.

Highly recommended — if you want to try it, go for it. You won’t regret it. They’re very helpful and always there when you need support.
