Yo la uso en escritorio y me funciona muy bien para los subtitulos, ahora estan pasando todo lo de escritorio a otra web app al parecer y esta siendo un poco confuso, por suerte el equipo de atencion al cliente es una pasada siempre, me ayudan rapidisimo.

Usé la aplicación y me dió muchas opciones de reels con títulos muy capciosas y en cortes muy estratégicos que me ayudaron a construir desde un solo Video mucha contenido. Lo recomiendo mucho el rápido y eficiente y el Support es activo me encanta con la aplicación puedas hacer consultas y te estén respondiendo instantáneamente, un servicio ideal.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription before it renewed and contacted Captions to ask if they could help. Their customer support responded very quickly, cancelled my subscription and processed a full refund without any hassle.

Stuff like this really makes me upset. Youre quick to take my money and slow to respond too send it back. I never even used this app more than once the ai feature misused my information changes my whole faces, videos are messy, please can you send me my money back! I had already cancelled when i didn’t get the results i wanted
