Great Customer Service
I used the platform to generate content and although the content did not work for me, the service I received upon following up with the team was beyond anything i actually expected. These days, you send an email and get a generic response but I was immediately responded to by Sam. He worked through my issues and resolved my question. Great company. It's how all companies should operate eps when there is no 800 we can dial and speak to a live person. Thanks for making the experience painless

I asked for help and than I wrote whats wrong and agent Sam responded to me asking me few questions than I answered imidietly but he/she didnt open a message for 40minutes and he/she wouldnt even open it if I didnt message again and waited 10 more minutes.

Captions ai never gets the words wrong
Captions ai never gets the words wrong! And great looking styles too. When I had a question, an actual human called Sam chatted with me in the middle of the night and answered all my questions. CapCut always gets my song lyrics wrong, and then it’s impossible to edit. Captions never gets it wrong, and edits easily. I recommend this app without hesitation.

L’application n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais ce que vous pouvez ameliorer c’est l’interface de travail, mais surtout les sous-titres qui ne se synchronisent pas si je fais une modification vidéo. Néanmoins je salue le service après vente qui est exceptionnellement top !

B Rolls’ Pictures are Repeatedly cut Off
The app would be so much better if the B rolls were not cut off in my 16:9 videos. I would love to be able to see the full B roll pictures in my 16:9 videos.
