I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Captions AI and, more importantly, the team behind the company.

I recently had an issue related to my subscription and billing that required me to reach out to their support team. Going into it, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. With a lot of companies today, especially software and subscription-based companies, customer support can feel extremely impersonal. You submit a ticket, receive a generic response, and sometimes feel like nobody actually took the time to understand your situation.

My experience with Captions was the complete opposite.

Their support team was incredibly helpful, understanding, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the situation resolved properly. They took the time to understand what had happened, communicated clearly with me, and ultimately handled everything in a way that left me extremely impressed.

What stood out to me most wasn’t even just that they solved my issue. It was the way they handled it.

It’s easy for a company to say that they care about their customers, but you really find out what a company values when there’s an actual problem that needs to be resolved. Captions showed me through their actions that they value their customers and their long-term reputation over simply trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of someone.

That means a lot to me.

In a world where it can sometimes feel like businesses prioritize profits above absolutely everything else, it’s refreshing to deal with a company that still seems to operate with integrity, fairness, and strong values. The entire experience actually increased my respect for the company significantly.

And beyond the customer service experience, Captions itself is an incredible product. The platform makes creating professional content dramatically easier and saves an enormous amount of time. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into both the technology and the overall user experience.

Great product. Great support team. Great company.

It’s rare that dealing with a billing issue actually makes you like a company MORE afterward, but that’s exactly what happened here.

I would 100% recommend Captions to anyone considering using it. They’ve earned my trust as a customer, and I’ll happily continue supporting a company that treats people this way.

fast and easy

the app is incredible but I had a small issue and literally within minutes i got someone to help me and fix it. Not everyone fix issues that fast and experience was so smooth. Appreciate the support from the team! Great CS

I had forgotten about my yearly subscription and once i was charged i emailed them that i haven't used their product throughout the year and i asked for a refund

I received a response in lightning speed refunding me

U need to change smth
I cannot add my fonts which i want to use to the styles of captions before I could so change it
U need to do that everything what was in pc transported in new website, not only from phone.

Guys u can loose a lot of user bc of this renew... me and all ma collegues really not happy whith this now.

I wish u to update a lot and then i again can come back with hopefully good news

Aside from the iOS app and web app being very intuitive and easy to use; the help I received from Sam via the support chat put this brand over the top. It's so hard to find good and fast support with just about any company these days and Sam made working through my issue fast and painless. Man deserves a raise and a bonus!

Customer Service is really good, i got in a chat with Sam and we was thoughtful and helpful during all the proccess, and my problem was solved in no time.

By the way, the edit models are great. My clientes are loving it!

I am not tech- savvy, I was confused on the AI Credits, I messaged support.
They immediately responded, with a great explanation, plus extra tutorial links for me. The following day they emailed again asking if I got the information did I have any more questions that they could help me with. Top notch customer Sevice I was never rushed. They explained with patients and made sure I understood.

I had an issue with my subscription, and the support team was very helpful and professional. They quickly checked my account, explained the situation clearly, and guided me through the steps I needed to take.

Really appreciate the fast response and the fact that they actually took the time to investigate the issue. Great customer support!

I used the platform to generate content and although the content did not work for me, the service I received upon following up with the team was beyond anything i actually expected. These days, you send an email and get a generic response but I was immediately responded to by Sam. He worked through my issues and resolved my question. Great company. It's how all companies should operate eps when there is no 800 we can dial and speak to a live person. Thanks for making the experience painless
