So you have to imagine your finished work and hope that the result is super awesome only and that's all you get before you pay.

So don't come and tell me that we are in an idiotcracy, it's more than obvious.

My experience with using CaptionsAI has been really good. Their captions accuracy is really good.
And a shoutout to the support team specifically that has always helped me greatly.

A really good product but when I had a query their response was super quick and Sam sorted everything out without a fuss. I wish more companies could deal with customers in this way.

I'm going to be completely honest. Captions is a complete waste of time. The AI that promises to give you viral videos makes poor choices that lead to a video which looks like it was made by a sloppy AI, which it was. The most frustrating thing about it is that you will waste more time attempting to go back and fix the AI's mistakes, than you would use doing this manually in something like Descript from the jump.

Please avoid wasting your time and money, as they do not give refunds for any of the monthly subscriptions. It is a very bad service. The AI is terrible. The customer service is non-responsive and will not reply to any asks for help or refund on their terrible product.

Truly, try something like Descript first. This is a bad product, company, AI experience, and waste of time.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Captions AI and, more importantly, the team behind the company.

I recently had an issue related to my subscription and billing that required me to reach out to their support team. Going into it, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. With a lot of companies today, especially software and subscription-based companies, customer support can feel extremely impersonal. You submit a ticket, receive a generic response, and sometimes feel like nobody actually took the time to understand your situation.

My experience with Captions was the complete opposite.

Their support team was incredibly helpful, understanding, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the situation resolved properly. They took the time to understand what had happened, communicated clearly with me, and ultimately handled everything in a way that left me extremely impressed.

What stood out to me most wasn’t even just that they solved my issue. It was the way they handled it.

It’s easy for a company to say that they care about their customers, but you really find out what a company values when there’s an actual problem that needs to be resolved. Captions showed me through their actions that they value their customers and their long-term reputation over simply trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of someone.

That means a lot to me.

In a world where it can sometimes feel like businesses prioritize profits above absolutely everything else, it’s refreshing to deal with a company that still seems to operate with integrity, fairness, and strong values. The entire experience actually increased my respect for the company significantly.

And beyond the customer service experience, Captions itself is an incredible product. The platform makes creating professional content dramatically easier and saves an enormous amount of time. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into both the technology and the overall user experience.

Great product. Great support team. Great company.

It’s rare that dealing with a billing issue actually makes you like a company MORE afterward, but that’s exactly what happened here.

I would 100% recommend Captions to anyone considering using it. They’ve earned my trust as a customer, and I’ll happily continue supporting a company that treats people this way.
