Our first experience dealing with CamperUK and we were delighted by the genuinely customer focused, friendly & professional team.
Hab check warranty work, minor repair and after sales fitting of a new air conditioning unit carried out expertly and kept fully informed of progress, by Sarah, throughout.
A star mention to the accessories shop who were really helpful in offering their professional advice about cleaning products and even went to the trouble of finding us a sample to test out.
Without doubt, CamperUK will be our one and only go-to establishment for all our future UK motorhome supply and service needs.

Wonderful service levels…
Despite not buying our motorhome from camper they have always looked after it. Always efficient and friendly they have gone out of their way to resolve last minute problems and fought our corner on warranty claims beyond warranty period.

These guys went way above and beyond to help us with our motorhome when we were let down by another company. From picking it up and storing it for us to finding a buyer and getting a decent price for us, we are very appreciative of all their help. We would’ve been stuck without them.

Bought a new campervan and after I got…
Bought a new campervan and after I got it home spotted a rust spot on the side door. It took them nearly three months to finally deal with it, and when I asked them to do a quick valet on the van whilst they were sorting the paint work this was refused. On getting the van home I was disgusted to see the mess they had made in the van after doing the work. Glyn was very good and came to my house and took the van to be valeted. Following this I realised that I had been short changed on the the road tax and I had lost a months tax. The manager emailed me to apologise and said he would reimburse me, which he conspicuously failed to do. It was only when I had to go back to the showroom to finish the work on the decals that I mentioned it to Glyn that he eventually dropped £30 on the table and said there you are. At the very least I expected the manager to come out of his office and apologise but no, clearly he thought he was above that sort of thing. If his attitude is what permeates down to his staff then I would strongly advise anyone to think long and hard before using this firm. Personally I wont be going anywhere near them in the future

Thanks for your feedback. The delay was due to a fully booked workshop, but we did our best to fit your van in as soon as possible and complete the work to a good standard.
The vehicle wasn’t clean on arrival, and a valet wasn’t included in the agreed work. We always aim to return vehicles in the condition they were received, but a full interior clean wasn’t part of the service requested.
Your road tax refund was processed and given to you in the form of a cash payment while you were visiting us.

We had a delamination of flooring on…
We had delamination of flooring on our beautiful Burstner Nexxo motorhome. We received first class communication from Connor, detailed timings and collection time.
On arrival we were introduced to Dan, the dedicated technician who would be undertaking the repair.
Well, the replacement floor covering was of excellent fit and the colour difference of old and new is rarely noticeable. Thank you Dan.
We found Sarah, the receptionist, very helpful.
Connor, thank you for bringing our date forward and for the excellent work carried out by your team.

Taken delivery of our new Malibu 640. Delighted with it. Customers with Camper UK for 15 years this being our third motorhome from them. Good culture runs through the company whether it is sales, the workshop, the shop, the whole team. When we bought our Liner 4 2 new from you we knew there may be geographical issues as we live on the south coast. However NOTHING is too much trouble for your Waaranty department,Connor in particular , he is reactive, helpful and knowledgeable, you have a top performer in your company.

Excellent service from viewing to collection . Cannot recommend enough.. The process was smooth and a very detailed handover whixhbi appreciated as a newbie to Motorhomes.. A couple of snagging issues after collection which were immediately dealt without hesitation..

Great service, so easy to deal with and extremely helpful knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about old fashioned customer service. Even though we didn’t purchase our motorhome from them the team have gone the extra mile for us during our recent repair work. Poor aftermarket service
Rather than be spontaneous with a review on this dealership immediately after purchasing I decided to leave it until the first service was completed which was after I owned the vehicle for a period of two years. I purchased a brand new vehicle from camper UK in April 2023 and after the Handover was completed I took the vehicle to Ireland where I discovered that there was a fault with the electronic switch for emptying the grey tank which obviously wasn’t picked up on the PDI. When I contacted Campers UK to arrange to have this issue fixed to my dismay the closest date to have it booked in was September 23 some 5 months later, eventually I arranged to have the part sent over to Ireland where another company sorted this issue out straight away which was something that should have been picked up during the PDI at Campers UK.
On my return to Campers UK this month to have a service and Habitation check done I informed them of several outstanding issues that needed fixed. On receiving the vehicle back they told me that some of those issues could not be identified during the service, however when I got the vehicle back to my location a couple of hours away the issue had returned as it had prior to the service.
I subsequently took videos of the issue and sent them to Camper UK the following day where I was told it would take a couple of days to get a response from the makers as camper UKs own technicians were unable to ascertain what the issue was.
Having contacted them again today as we are due to leave for another country at the end of this week I have been advised that it will take several weeks to get a response from the company. This has left our vehicle unusable!
In my opinion unless you live close to Lincoln I would strongly advise you purchase your Motorhome somewhere else as the aftermarket service is extremely poor given my expenditure in the first place, I feel once your initial purchase is made they move on to the next sale giving little consideration to previous customers.
UPDATE
Following on from my review today I was contacted by Connor who was very helpful and after getting the Service Manager involved in this matter,I trust we have got to the bottom of what the main concern is with this issue.

To clarify, the issue you experienced was caused by the frost protection valve, which is designed to open at around 3–4 degrees to protect your vehicle’s water system and boiler. This is a standard feature in many motorhomes and not a fault with the vehicle itself. The valve is checked and closed during the habitation check, but it will open automatically in cold weather to prevent damage.
That said, we completely understand your frustration. Things do occasionally go wrong with motorhomes, and our team isn’t immune to mistakes, we’re all human.
In this case, one of our newer service advisors initially thought it was a genuine leak and went down the wrong path, which contributed to the delay in getting things sorted. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while we worked through it.
