Goods Are Ok, Not Bad Quality, IF YOU GET THEM!! They ask you to choose free gift items with your order, but twon't ship them until your original order is hipped. After you get confirmation of shipping. You go to slect your free gift items as promised, EXCEPT they're Not There! Customer service basically tells you that what you saw was a figment of your imagination,. They say they never promised free goods, then when you call them on it, suddenly it's you didn't choose them fast enough...?? Complete and utter scam this company is, FRAUDSTERS!! Use at your own risk!

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. An item was missing from my package, and although the item itself is inexpensive, that’s not the point.
What is most disappointing is SHEIN’s response. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they keep insisting that the item was included in the package. I know what I received, and I would not be reporting a missing item if it was actually there.
It’s not about the small amount of money—The way this situation has been handled has been extremely frustrating and has left me very disappointed with SHEIN

Customer service is non existent. I didn’t realize there was a time frame to dispute. My packaged was missing an item and also one was defective. Customer service did nothing about it. Last time I shop there

I’m trying to place an order, but a message pops up saying my account is under investigation—without giving a reason—even though I have a $30 credit. I’ve asked for information and an explanation, but they won't provide one; they just tell me I have to wait. It’s been a month, and I still haven't received a refund or an explanation.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Frustrating Experience

Absolutely terrible experience with SHEIN. I waited for days for my order, only to receive an incomplete package with several items missing. I spent so much time contacting customer service, explaining the same problem again and again, but instead of actually helping me, I kept getting repetitive scripted responses.

I clearly told them I wanted the items I had ordered and paid for, NOT a refund. They processed a refund anyway and then told me to repurchase the missing items myself. How is that a solution when the mistake was not mine?

After waiting so long and wasting hours trying to get help, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. An apology means very little when no real effort is made to fix the problem.

Very disappointing service. I have seriously lost trust in SHEIN after this experience.

Today is Aug 10 than no update. I ordered on July 27!!!

I just recently requested for return for two dresses that i did not even try them which i got the refund for one the pink one but not the black one just because i did not choose the correct option while filling the return request and they did not pay for the full price of a dress i lost 100 dollars just by ordering wrong dress.

Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. Try to get a hold of Shein regarding an order that they said was delivered and wasn't,is impossible. I really needed what I ordered for an event and Im out my order and my money.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SHEIN AGAIN UNLESS THIS GETS FIXED. I have tried different ways to get a hold of someone but all they do us say its been delivered and gave me a 5.00 dollar credit

Shein has the worse customer service ever. They just keep sending computer generated messages.

I am so disappointed with my first experience buying a watch on Shein. The photos on the website made the watch look completely normal-sized on the model's wrist, but what arrived was tiny and looked totally different in person. As someone buying a watch for the first time, I trusted their pictures.When I tried to return it, the system blocked me. I reached out to customer service, but they just gave me rigid, unhelpful responses asking for exact tape measurements instead of acknowledging that their product imagery is highly misleading. It is ridiculous to treat a new customer like this over a cheap item. I will definitely be deleting my account and shopping elsewhere from now on.

I placed a very large order, the clothes are all terrible and the quality is so cheap. The white pants and skirt are basically see through. I’m trying to send them all back and they make it impossible,….

I didn’t expect much when I ordered a dress from SHEIN last minute for a summer wedding (after searching for months online and in local boutiques). The dress arrived on time, it was as pictured, and I received tons of compliments!

I attempted to purchase a Canadian digital gift card from Belgium. Although it's an email-only product, the checkout requires a Canadian shipping address and Canadian phone number, making it impossible for international customers to complete the purchase. The live chat was unavailable due to 'peak inquiries,' so there was no way to get assistance. A digital gift card should not require shipping information.

I made my first shopping and went horribly bad. Got many shirts, yoga pants and house accessories. The clothing material are horrendously cheap the pics in the website look nothing to the ones they sent me. I will never shop fun shein ever again. And I will promote to everyone I know never to buy from this toxic and misleading company ever! BTW they don't return Anything!! Their tricky policy is totally in the shade until you try to do returns. Almost nothing is eligible for return! Cheap, fake and misleading company.

I bought a few items of men's clothing from their website due to an ad on Facebook. I got 3 dress shirts, 2 dress pants, and 2 ties for under $150 total. Not only were the items as shown on the website, they seem like good quality ... for the price. I won't be tossing these in with the regular laundry so hopefully they will last longer. All items fit me nicely but due to reviews I ordered large clothes instead of medium which I normally get, so I can confirm that the sizes do run smaller than most Canadian stores. They did deliver within the estimated time given, although the tracking was off so I had no clue they were being delivered until they arrived. Overall I would try them again.

Website purposely makes it impossible to return items.
Tried 7 times trying several methods to return items I finally thought I made some headway with SHEIN apparently reviewing my request however after several days I was ghosted. PLEASE do not expect any help or satisfaction trying to return unwanted items. LESSON LEARNED!!!!

In the past month, I placed 2 orders with Shein, the first was for 2 t-shirts for a concert I am going to next week. The first package arrived with only one shirt. There is no way to contact any customer service department for assistance. Then I placed another order for the shirt that didn't arrive, which I'm still waiting on. Based on the tracking, my account on Shein is saying it was attempted to be delivered with a list of reasons why my delivery failed. 1) wrong address (which is not true, 2) no one answered for delivery, which is seems fishy, if at first it said wrong address & I have been home all day. I have requested a refund and am waiting their response.

Worse experience ever. They won't exchange my items for bigger sizes. Their sizes do not match canadian sizes. It is very hard to get a refund. Avoid headaches and buy from reliable businesses.

My last experience was not great, I used to order from. But not after this I am
having issues. With one package all I am
getting is attitude. Excuses I tried explaining my issues. They are taking the delivery service side. Even I showed them the condition of my last package delivered.
All I wanted to know. Is where my package. It is just a pair of summer pajamas. And instead I getting nothing
and bunch of emails. No explanation just abnormal delivery. I have updated my information so many times. Still no response. Basically it will get there when it gets there. And if it doesn't we'll
give you a five dollars in credit. I am not pleased! No results, out of money and so far no package. AFTER THIS I am never gonna order from them again ever!!

Ordered a pair of ladies shorts. Paid $47 cdn for such poor quality - they are really worth only $10. Wrinkled, bad fitting - basically just house shorts. Their customer service policy is the worst. I am not wasting my time and money trying to return them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
