Took 9 days to arrive, delivered to the wrong address, said that they had contacted the courier to rearrange delivery, the courier had not recieved such a request. No email confirmation to say that the return to sender was received, live chat on their website does not work, super unresponsive customer service team over email. Was my first time ordering and was a rubbish experience. The website also looks exactly like Shein but everything is double the price? Save your money.

I’m very disappointed! I ordered 4 items on May 29th. Expected delivery was June 7th. Email on June 10th saying order would be 5 days late. It is now July 3rd. I still don’t have anything. My order still says “processing”. Now it says delivery around July 11th. I really want to like Bloom Chic. I’ve ordered 2 swimsuits and a dress in April. Delivery took a little longer than what I was told. But, I really love the dress. I love the swimsuit bottoms. They are so comfortable and no problem riding up or showing too much! The tops are disappointing. They look so good in the pics. But, the band under the bust doesn’t stay flat. The tops don’t have the coverage you see in the pics. They are basically bikini tops.

Received a text message welcoming me to their site when I never even joined…spoke to an advisor who said they’ll past it onto their team to “improve” which is shocking so explanation or wanting to even look into it to ensure someone isn’t trying to use my information to purchase things

The clothing is actually not bad, but the delivery is ridiculous. As I write this I am onto week 7 and this isn't the first time! Rest assured, it will be the last time I use this company. They think this is perfectly acceptable!!!!

I was sceptical at first but thought I’d try it. So glad I did. Really lovely clothes. I like the pics they post of people wearing them. Really helps in deciding which outfit will suit my size and shape

Great product it fits perfectly. I have a bigger bust and I feel safe and secure in this swim suit . The parcel tracking was abysmal as it was very slow to update then it arrived without any warning

I absolutely love this company all the clothes that I have ordered have been true to size, fitted lovely, washed up beautifully and they are reasonably priced.
I would definitely recommend using this company and they're delivery time isn't that long either

Bloomchic have an amazing choice of clothes in a comprehensive selection of sizes and styles. I have bought from them on many occasions. My only criticism would be that some of the fabrics have an unpleasant feel against the skin and it is difficult to tell from the descriptions which ones! I keep buying from them because other fabrics are just wonderful and quite a lot of pieces have become favourites and I’ve had lots of compliments when out wearing them. Also I would say they are reasonably priced, with some good offers. Finally I would like to mention how lovely and helpful the customer service staff are, I have only needed them a couple of times but they have been friendly and have gone the extra mile to be helpful, including calling me back later to check everything was sorted out well. You need to be aware that some parcels take longer to arrive than others ( some a few days and some a few weeks) so leave enough time if you are buying for a specific occasion. I would certainly recommend this company.

Ordered March 9th. Haven’t received it yet and have been asked to rate it! Not impressed.

These are great-,only complaint is that size is variable - usually perfect but these two were at least 2 sizes smaller than usual - not ideal

all of the process was so easy, from deciding what to order to getting the order delivered. No problem with anything, have recommended to others amd will buy again.

Absolutely delighted with my order and the speed of delivery! After reading negative reviews I was expecting a horrendous wait for the Standard delivery but actually received my order within 5 days! (The tracking info shows a quick pickup, then it left China within 3 days and was carried by Royal Mail 48 Tracked). Clearly some people have had frustrating experiences but I am certainly one happy customer. My new swim romper is gorgeous, comfortable and seems to be fab quality. Highly recommend!

I have placed orders in the past and been very happy. But I am really over it now because I still haven't received an order I placed on March 12! On April 5 I got an email that my order had been shipped from their overseas warehouse but no tracking information since then.

The swimsuits are good quality and fit well, I’m happy with the two I purchased. Delivery to the UK can be a little slow. Once they have your details they will bombard you with notifications, texts and emails so I’ve had to unsubscribe even though I do like their products.
