I'm sorry that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Given the on going situation orders a re taking longer to dispatch. I'm so disappointed! I'd ordered an expensive gift for a family member that was a jigsaw puzzle map of the miles surrounding their home address at the beach in South Carolina. I received the puzzle but it did not include a picture of the puzzle design?! WHAT??? How can someone complete a puzzle without the picture of the puzzle???? Butler and Hill, please make this right -- my order #01841703 needs to be corrected - please provide the picture of the map so that I can give the gift. So disappointing!

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. When we first came up with the idea to have a map puzzle, we decided that it would be more challenging not to have the image. Some customers have loved not having the image, but other like you have voiced their frustration.
We are always accessing how are products work and we value all the feed back that comes from our customers. I have contacted customer services and asked for someone to contact you about sending the puzzle image.

I wouldn’t recommend
Do not buy - a waste of money and not cheap! Ordered 2 aerial map photo jigsaw puzzles. Really poor quality. The box is very nice, but the puzzle pieces are cheap and flimsy and the photo inside is really blurred and cheap copy paper. There isn’t even the address on or any indication of where your house is in the picture so you have to guess at it. Even knowing the property and area the picture is so poor, I couldn’t make it out. Not much use when you’ve ordered more than one. Won’t be using this company again.
Post note: I am pleased to advise that the company have responded positively and professionally to my review, and it may be that I was just unlucky with the quality is this particular product.

This puzzle arrived in a generic box…
This puzzle arrived in a generic box that does not have the photo of the puzzle. I bought this for my elderly mother of her home in that she had to move from hoping it would be a wonderful experience.
It's a frustrating experience. I would like my money back and have called requesting either the exact copy of the image or a full refund. It's absurd to not at least put a folded up image inside the box. Very disappointed. This was something I was most excited to learn about and excited to give it to her and share the experience.

Great puzzle
Map was great. My kids and I had fun putting it together and it was pretty hard! I didn’t order it with my own address because I live pretty close to the ocean so I put the address in as a couple miles away, closer to the center of town, and I think it was much better that way. If I would have put in my own address most of the puzzle would have been water. The puzzle is sturdy and shipping was quick.

Error corrected quickly
I ordered a personalized travel frame from Butler and Hill. My frame came very quickly. When I opened it, however, the personalized message was wrong. I emailed the company to tell them about the mistake. They worked very quickly to correct the error and sent my frame just in time for the wedding I was to attend. The bride and groom are thrilled with the gift. Thank you again for the quick response
