This puzzle was so well made! About 420 pieces, a bit over 12 by 18 inches square. The hometown map was well printed and the paper map included was very helpful in completing the puzzle. I was waxing nostalgic as I put together pieces of the town in which I grew up. Memories flooded back. I had bought one of these for my husband, and he had such a good time with it that I had to get one, too. I have been telling others about these puzzles. I may have to get one for my college town and one for my current town!

I bought a puzzle a few years ago that wasn't good at all but tried again for a friends birthday to capture her home, which is in a really interesting area with ferries, marina, beaches and parks. Her's was equally bad. The satellite photo selected was terrible: monotonous terrain and grainy. I live on a lake in a national park. That image too was so dark and boring.

You should send all customers a preview of their puzzle so they know if it's going to be good or not. Especially at this price point.

I'd love a refund on both puzzles. I can send snapshots of the images to prove my point.

I have yet to even receive a shipping confirmation for my item. It has been 31 days.

--UPDATE: I received a message response to my complaint and got my order within the week. It is exactly what I ordered the only thing I didn't like was that it doesn't show the street name of the address I put in, which I would have liked on the puzzle. But the map is accurate and made a great gift.

Butler and Hill's help email is an invalid address which at first led me to believe that it was a fake scam site! I now know this is not true, but something they should fix!

Great puzzle, beautifully made with interesting and clever shapes. Images excellent and detail clear and a wonderful idea! Highly recommend the product to anyone interested in puzzles.

Bought this puzzle for a friend as a reminder of the town we grew up in. She loved it and said it was of excellent quality. The delivery was reasonably quick, within about two weeks as I recall.

Easy to order "Personalized Hometown Puzzle", prompt delivery and great fun putting it together. Going to order the "Aerial View" puzzle now.......

This is a great personalized gift. The puzzles shape of the house compliments the fact it is the framework for the actual hometown.

It's a gift for my daughter so I won't really know how cool it is til they build it! But it looks amazing!

Puzzle (custom map) was great, lots of fun. A minor point: I feel it ought to come with a picture of the result, as most jigsaws do. Shipping was slow but that's probably a fact about the current world and not about Butler and Hill.

We were so pleased with the first puzzle that we ordered, we purchased two more for Christmas presents.
