No problems with receiving my custom puzzle. Although company must be using an old map. Our subdivision wasn't even on there, and it's existed for over 12 years.

They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!

I ordered this fire my husband for our anniversary because he loves puzzles. What a great gift!

I was very disappointed in the look of my jigsaw hometown map because it doesn’t show the many parks around Denver as green. The map is pretty blah. It has almost no features outside of the main highways.

A picture of the map would have helped. We needed some clues since we are not familiar with the town.

Love the puzzles! And the puzzle came within 2 weeks! It was shipped from England.

Great idea but half of the map/puzzle was water (which it should have been). This meant that half of the puzzle was the exact same color blue with no way to determine which of the 200 blue pieces go where. The puzzle was not possible to complete and with no change in color or latitude lines in the water etc. Support said sorry with no answer on a revised puzzle that could actually be completed.

I was overjoyed from the moment I opened the shipping box...the packaging for the puzzle was adorable, and sturdy. It came in a pink box, with a red sach inside that held all of the puzzle pieces. It was challenging at times to figure out where pieces went, but that goes for any puzzle. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love it i bought for a wedding gift im putting it together and putting it in a nice frame for the couple. The puzzle is pretty hard i wish there was a complete picture of the finished puzzle to look at to help

My order was not a city but a specific region where two rivers intersected. I made a phone call and after a discussion, they were able to pull up the image I wanted. When I received it it was exactly what I hoped that it would be.

I was disappointed there was nothing to identify the address or no picture to follow. Without explanation the recipient has no idea what it is.
