I bought 5 puzzles for Christmas gifts. It has been fun hearing from everyone how much they enjoyed putting the puzzle together, and how unique of a gift it is. I am very glad that I made this purchase.

100% not recommend

I ordered 2 weeks ahead of their December 6th deadline where they guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Butler and Hill sent me an email saying my package had shipped December 10th; however, it then sat in pre-shipment for 10 days. The company only provided the package to USPS today (December 20th), after the deadline for priority mail to arrive by Christmas. Would never order from this company again if they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Shipping may be delayed right now, but the fault was all on their end in not getting the product to the shipper on time.

Update: let the record show I did attempt to contact the company twice using an email (undeliverable) and the inquiry page they linked in their response. Both unanswered

It says they ship my package but I…

It says they ship my package but I never received it. I tried contacting customer service and they never answered. Definitely would not recommend.

Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive…

Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.

Credit Card Charge but No Product Received

I ordered my product on November 20 and have yet to receive it. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a response. My credit card has been charged and I have no product.

Update: customer service responded promptly to this negative review, but still not to my emails. I did in fact email the ‘order help’ email address referenced in the company’s response to my review and it came back to me as undeliverable. I eventually received my product. Butler and Hill blamed USPS for the delay, but I believe that USPS did not receive the product to ship until very recently (until the saw my review). My bottom line: do not trust this company.

Never received order and NO customer service

Ordered two puzzles on 11/20. Said it was ready to ship on 11/27. Neither has shipped and when I sent an enquirer I got no response

Never received! No help from customer service!

I have not received the puzzle I ordered over a month ago!
I inquired about my missing purchase and was given a tracking number that shows the package hasn’t even reached the ups facility. And was told they have no other information! For a $60 purchase!
I ordered the puzzle in the middle of November and was given a delivery estimate of Dec 7, it is now over 10 days later and no information.
I emailed Customer Service and was given no help. This was supposed to be my gift to my significant other, now I am out $60 and need to find a last minute replacement. I placed my order EARLY to avoid this issue and the website guaranteed it’d arrive in time for Christmas, but now, a week before, have nothing and no help. I was so excited and now am so disappointed.

I have not received my package yet

I have not received my package yet, nor been given any updates. BHUS208051 is my order number. The puzzle was ordered on Nov. !7, I got a shipping notice from you on Dec 1st. The tracking still shows, 15 days later, that only a shipping label has been created. I have been thinking this was an error so I emailed you at orderhelp and got an error message back saying the email was not valid.
I have no way to contact you about this gift order. I am thinking I may need to let my credit card company know that I am disputing the charge as their seems to be a shipping problem.

Not worth the money

Extremely disappointed at the size and packaging of this gift. Unless I explain it to the recipient he's not going to realize what it is right away and for the amount of money I spent, this does not look like it cost that much.

Paid but no delivery after a month

I don’t know where the package is and it’s been a month . Tracking keeps saying in was supposed to be delivered last night , now it says in process. Hope this isn’t a total waste of a lot of money

Puzzle takes a long time to arrive, but finally made it!

My “hometown” puzzle finally did arrive in time to forward it to it’s final destination as a Christmas present before Christmas (I hope.) Knowing that this is 2020, a crazy year, and that things take longer to arrive, I ordered this puzzle in the middle of November and finally received it on December 17th. My advice to anyone purchasing items is to plan to order way earlier than they normally would and do not trust the “Your package has been shipped” email. I received this email on November 23rd and the item didn’t show up until more than 3 weeks later.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry for the difficulty with the tracking. I can see your order has now been delivered, I'm very sorry that it took longer than expected. Our personalized puzzles are handmade and at the moment can take up to 10 working days to be made and shipped. We shipped yours in 7 working days however the delivery took much longer than anticipated. We have been allowing 20-25 working days in total for personalized orders to reach our customers in the US (we are UK based), so I'm very sorry that your order took longer than this.

I'm also very sorry that your communications did not get answered, I will look into this as we always work very hard to reply to every customer.

Sent wrong puzzle place

Just received the aerial National Geographic personalized puzzle in the mail last week and it would have been great, but unfortunately it's the adjacent town and not 'My Town'. I have tried every way I can figure to contact Butler and Hill through their online sight, e-mail and telephone contact information. All of my attempts to e-mail have been rejected, due to unknown address, and no one from Butler and Hill has returned my phone call or online concerns. Wouldn't be so bad, but I've spent over $65 for a puzzle that isn't what I ordered and no way to rectify. Hopefully they'll respond to this review.

Puzzle impossible to work

Puzzle impossible to work. Pieces are so fuzzy you can not tell what the are. Waste of money.
