I never got my order and customer service has been slow to respond.
Order was charged to my card over a month ago.
Difficult to even contact customer service. First two attempts at email were undeliverable.
Very frustrated.

My order took longer than expected to arrive causing panic as we inched toward Christmas. I am not sure if the issue was with the Post Office or the shipper. My puzzle was in a nice box and everything was as expected with the puzzle. My mother loves it! She has not noticed yet that the center of the puzzle is house shaped and is her address where she grew up. I will order from this seller again as I love a personalized gift.

This was the first time I ordered from Butler and Hill. It was a 400 piece jigsaw puzzle of the aerial view of my daughter's home in Springfield NJ. I ordered for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift, she loves to put them together, although she likes the 1000 or more piece puzzles to assemble, but the novelty of her town and her house is the main idea of the puzzle, and she excited to put together Christmas day.

I ordered the puzzle through the Smithsonian magazine in early December and they assured me that it would delivered within three weeks, in time to give it as a Christmas present.

They made good on their delivery promise and I'm very satisfied with the Butler and Hill's mail order company and will do business with them again in the future and will highly recommend Butler and Hill to my friends also.

The order for a hometown jigsaw puzzle was placed and confirmed on Nov. 29, but arrived after Christmas. The puzzle packaging was damaged in shipment, although the pieces appear intact. The gift wrapping I ordered was completely useless. I suggest that you find alternate methods of shipping or packaging to prevent this type of delay and damage.

Poor packaging. Poorly fitting, thin pieces. The map doesn't match the jigsaw. Customer service is slow to respond to concerns (I've been waiting over a week for a reply).

puzzle looks fine, ordered 11/22 and was not delivered in time for Christmas. Was delivered on 12/26. Sure disappointing to present a wrapped printed ad.

Helpful and reliable.

I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

Good afternoon. I have ordered. A puzzle before from you that I loved. These two weren’t what I thought. The houses were mostly covered up by the trees which makes it a mostly green puzzle. The map of the Rea St house was taken along time ago because the end of the street wasn’t even built yet. So it only shows dirt where there are 7 houses now. I think the regular road map might have been a better pick. Very disappointed.

Given that I ordered my puzzle on Nov. 27 and it had still not been delivered by Christmas (still waiting...), it was very disappointing. The puzzle was supposed to be the highlight of our Christmas morning. Family members are now going back to their various homes so won't be around when it finally arrives. I understand the post office was swamped during the pandemic, for obvious, understandable reasons, but I don't know how much of the delay was related to USPS and how much to B&H. Maybe it was all USPS and out of your control. As far as the product itself, I can't rate it because I don't have it yet. Feel free to send me another survey a few weeks from now (after it comes?) and perhaps I can give a happier score and comments.
The package finally arrived yesterday, Dec. 28, but instead of 2 puzzles, as I ordered (and paid for--plus shipping!), there was only one. I ordered one for a friend/former colleague and one for a housemate. It clearly says 2 under the "Quantity" category on the packing sheet so I'm not sure why only one was packed. I don't know if this means I have to wait another month for the second one to be sent over?

The package was held up because of USPS. Your customer service was very helpful in a difficult situation. Thank you.

Hard to completely rate because I still have not received my item. I ordered my items on Thanksgiving. I am completely reasonable and understand that during this time of year things are busy not to mention the mess with the post office. The Website states to not contact them until it’s been 20 days (I think that statement alone is a little off putting) because of Covid. Well, I am a nurse and have been in the heart of Covid since it began so it’s a little frustrating to no be able to contact a business that I ordered products from. I let 21 days go by before I contacted them. I sent them a really nice email just asking for a status update on my item that was intended for a Christmas gift. Well, it’s been a week and still no reply. That is poor customer service and based on that alone I will not order from them again. It’s too bad because I try my best to support small business. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but a simple email even in the times of covid is not much to ask. Also, I never received my order and not sure when I will if I ever do. So if you are extremely patient and don’t mind waiting indefinitely for your purchase and you like to be ghosted by a company then this is the place for you.

We are looking forward to it arriving for Christmas.

I have not received my order. And have emailed customer service 2-3 times and no one has responded to me. I think that is more frustrating than waiting for my order. I get it that sometimes shipments are delayed with no fault of the shipper. But when a customer asks and then no one ever send a reply. I do not think that is very professional. Hoping I get my order someday.

SO glad the puzzle made it here for Christmas -- noon December 23. Eagerly awaiting working the puzzle on Christmas Day!

I ordered on the 24th nearly a month ago and haven’t received the order yet. Two days to Christmas 😬😬

I have sent emails asking for an update as my tracking number isn’t registering and I still haven’t received my order.

The puzzles were ordered Dec 4 and now its Christmas and they still have not arrived. They were ordered through National Geographic and we assumed they could help handle it but obviously they are not Amazon. Very disappointed.
