I was quite impressed w the product. It arrived intact and even in a very timely manner. The co.was honest in stating it could not guarantee a delivery before Christmas, yet it kept me informed and actually did arrive before Christmas, which was so appreciated!

I believe the product will still work out, but also don't think it was best experience and wouldn't recommend. 1) I didn't see the puzzle piece # anywhere, maybe I missed it. But thought it was going to be harder than a 400-piece puzzle. 2) It wasn't until further down the buy process I realized it was shipping from the UK... which I would have liked to know sooner. But wasn't a deabreaker immediately; though it was a Xmas gift, so timing was a concern. 3) I wish you could preview the image they eventually used, b/c the image turned out to be old, didn't even show the house, and mostly grainy. It was a gift too, so that was embarrassing. 4) I checked in on the order after b/c it was taking a long time (even for intl.) and I received no updates aside from the pre-label one, and the customer rep who responded after days was not friendly, seemed defensive, and put the onus on me as a customer to have not planned timing better. 5) When the package finally was "delivered" - it noted delivery but then we were waiting for it anxiously. Finally guessed it may have been delivered to the wrong house, b/c an address near ours many people transpose the numbers. Luckily I had time to drive to the neighbors, and the package was outside (in the rain of course). The label of course was transposed. Instead of 459, it was 549. Which then made me REALLY worried b/c I thought the puzzle would be of that image too. We can't tell (see above re: quality of the puzzle), but the invoice had the correct address (459) so we hope.

Just with all that, would not recommend. Which is a shame, because it's a great idea, and we were really excited for it.

I ordered six puzzles for Christmas gifts over the phone with helpful clerk. My family loved them. Little pricey but worth it. Super Covid-time gift. I will order more.

My granddaughter lives one block from San Rafael Bay so half of the puzzle is water which is just a big blue sameness. I think that more of the city could have been shown so that streets and highways and other landmarks would create a learning experience, It is still in the box. The refund on the shipping charges added one star.

I ordered a puzzle of our neighborhood on December 6th. I realize it was cutting it close to Christmas, so I expected it slightly late. We received it January 7th.
The puzzle is okay, but some of the pieces are so close in shape to each other that it's too easy to mistakenly put the wrong piece in. This does not make the puzzle more challenging, it just makes it annoying.
Admittedly, I ordered the wrong puzzle, getting the topographical chart rather than the aerial photo, which I think would be much more fun. However, based on the cut of pieces from this puzzle, I'm not going to order the aerial puzzle.

My order never arrived and Butler and Hill have yet to respond to my inquiries about this missing order.

Prompt shipping (especially since I live in the US) and a fantastic product. It was a gift for my wife and she LOVES it.

Will buy again.

I ordered the item in November and still have not received it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I would like my money back!!

I just received my puzzle today and it is not the street map I expected. I spoke with customer service and they are thankfully allowing me to return it. She was very helpful and polite. I will try them again as soon as I get my refund.

Completely underwhelmed by the puzzle. When I read the description of a "personalized" jigsaw puzzle that was based on my address with notable places of interest marked I expected the map to be centered on my home address and the immediate surroundings not a map of the entire postal code. My address wan't indicated on the map, nor were any of the local points of interest notated in any way. Moving forward, I have a few suggestions. Include a questionaire with the order process that asks questions such as: where is your church, where does your best friend live, where do you do your grocery shopping, where do or did your kids go to school. These locations could then be marked on the map with an appropriate large icon that would be labeled with the answer to the question: Your best friends home, Your church, etc. The map should be a much larger scale, perhaps to include only four square miles or so. I would also consider printing it with the satellite image as that would make a much more colorful and interesting puzzle. I could go on, but I'm sure you understand what my expectations were.
I don't expect any refund or anything similar, after all caveat emptor applies does it not? But if you should incorporate any of my suggestions in your product a little recognition of my contribution would be nice.

By the way, I ordered the puzzle on November 26th and didn't receive it until January 2nd.

Still haven't gotten the puzzle that was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I bought this for my 9yo great niece as a Christmas gift. It was a map of the city where she lives. She was excited to put it together and the whole family pitched in. I heard it was a little hard because of the detail but the quality was excellent. When they are done they are gonna modge podge it and I guess put it on a wall.

Very disappointed in the delivery. It was ordered a month ago and still not here. The website said it would be here before Christmas. I understand the delay however it was supposed to be here by 9:PM last night and still not here.

On a positive note, the 2 other orders came before. Hristmas and we’re a great hit!

I ordered 2 different puzzles and received only one. I waited a few days, thinking they had been shipped separately. I called the u.s. source and they could find no proof of the order, so I reached out to your company. I received a very nice reply from one of your staff, apologizing for the error and recognizing that I had ordered and paid for two puzzles. She said she would get right on it and sure enough in a couple of weeks I received the second puzzle. I didn't go though the U.s. source when I needed another puzzle for Christmas, but emailed your representative directly. It was the last day of ordering for christmas but, again, the ordering process was problem free. although I didn't receive the puzzle until after Christmas, I understand that the problem was probably on our end with the USPS. However, it was ok, as my friend understood the mails. Thank you for your good service and your good products.

I was nervous that with the shipping delays this holiday season we might not get this gift in time for Christmas, but it got here in the nick of time, which was a miracle. It's great - exactly what we hoped for. Beautifully packaged.
