Wrong Puzzle Date
I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife. Here birthday in the USA was 09/05/1957 (which is September 5, 1957).
Because the order was filled in England, they read the date as May 9, 1957; and filled the gift order with a puzzle for May 9th (rather than for September 5th).
The order had to be tossed away and the purchase canceled. Terrible customer service. - PH

Son in law happy
Shirt we ordered was well made, arrived well ahead of Christmas. My son in law tried it on Christmas morning and happy with the fit,
We questioned the return policy of 30 days, since more time than that had already passed by Christmas. Thankfully, shirt does not need to go back.

Beautifully Crafted Gift

Never received
Never received. Ordered very early (Nov 8) for Christmas arrival. Checked in with B&H near end of Nov and recommended I check in on Dec 8. On Dec 10, nothing arrived and no change in shipping status. Now, unable to receive from any other supplier in time for Christmas.

Outstanding Customer Service
The second puzzle I received was perfect and will make a lovely housewarming gift. Customer Service at Butler and Hill responded to my email and expedited a corrected replacement. Mistakes can happen with complicated technology and in this case I have no complaints with the final result. I have ordered several National Geographic Puzzles before, satellite and topographic, and am thankful they are still making the My Town personalized puzzles.

This is the 3rd puzzle I have ordered and they are great. I glue them together, frame them and put a picture of the house next to them when hanging. Looks nice and great conversation piece.

I recently purchased a personalized puzzle as a gift. My niece was very impressed with the detail of the puzzle and my birthday message. She said she was going to frame it. I’m glad I was able to find this for her as she enjoys puzzles.
