Reading your review honestly hurts because this is far from the experience we ever want to give you, and you have every right to be frustrated. We completely dropped the ball here, and we take full responsibility for that.
We looked into your order right away to see what happened. We did process a refund for the missing mystery gift back on June 10th, but given how much we've delayed you and how stressful this has been, that simply isn't enough.
To try and make things right, we have just issued a full refund for your entire order. Please keep the item that did arrive as a free gift from us—consider it a small token of our apology for the headache we've caused you.
We are a small team doing our best to improve, and your feedback is a huge wake-up call for us to fix our shipping communication.

Although it took a long time to receive my ring I purchased from them, that wasn’t the issue. Once I got the ring (for my daughter as a Christmas gift) not even two weeks of having it, one of the birthstones came out of the ring. I immediately emailed Custom Collectives and sent in a picture of the ring. I was told that due to not having the ring for a long time and because a stone came out of the ring, that they would remake my ring. I initially received the ring at the end of January, I reach out because a stone fell out in early February, I was told mid February 2026 that production for getting a new ring made would begin. I have reached out twice a month since then and still have not received my fixed ring and it’s going on mid June. Although the ring was beautiful before the stone fell out, I will never order from this company again. My daughter has the ring less than two weeks and a stone came out and it’s taking now, over 4 months to get a replacement ring. I am highly disappointed with the service!

I want to make this right for you as quickly as possible. I have just issued a full refund for your original order, which should show up back in your account in the next few days.
At the same time, I personally checked in with our production team this morning about your replacement ring. I have had them prioritize it so it gets finished and shipped out to you immediately. Please keep this remade ring as a gift from us, entirely free of charge, as a small token of our apology for the massive delay.

Late and wrong item
Ordered a custom necklace for my wife’s very first Mother’s Day. Item took way longer to arrive than estimated so I did not have time to double check what was received.
She opened her gift this morning only to find it wasn’t a necklace but earrings…. With the wrong initials to boot.
Very upset and disappointed.

I am truly sorry to hear about this. I can only imagine how disappointing it was for your wife to open her gift on her very first Mother’s Day and find the wrong item. That is definitely not the experience we wanted for such a special milestone, and I feel terrible that we missed the mark.
I took a look at your order to see what happened. You placed the order on April 16th, and we began hand-crafting it on the 17th. Since our production takes 8–10 business days and standard shipping is usually another 7–10 days, your delivery on May 6th was actually right within our estimated timeframe. However, that clearly doesn't make up for the fact that we sent earrings instead of the necklace you designed.
We’ve already flagged this mistake to our production team, and they are remaking your necklace immediately. To try and make things right, we have processed a full refund for your original order. Please keep the new necklace as a gift from us when it arrives, and feel free to keep the earrings as well.
