The absolute worst. Reported to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Fraud

This madeofrose they’re thief they never return my money I paid 200 dlls in roses and I got them damaged roses I never have refund and no customer service don’t buy them nothing from them

Shipping takes too long. Quality is very bad and you will not get what you see on the pictures.Glue all over like kids put it together. What a bunch of crap.

I ordered a flower that cost 75dollars and found same one for 30dollars so first off over priced sec payed 17 dollars extra for shipping express shipping and it still hasent came payed for my item on the 9th of February and its now the 27th of February the shipping service they use six. The cx service never contacts you back unless you are complementing them and they dont refund you your money is just gone they are a scam beware!!!!!!! Thier company scams and thier shipping company is a scam. The whole situation has just been horrible and now I have to spend more money to order what I originally wanted from somewhere else. If you read reviews before buying dont buy from em.

I ordered the heart shape forever roses and they look so real and beautiful. Such a lovely and elegant gift. Very happy with my purchase.

Honestly, I have been disappointed by online gift orders before, so I was not sure what to expect. But I am happy to say this turned out beautifully. The box arrived secure, everything inside was perfectly placed, and the rose with the necklace looks stunning. It feels solid and thoughtfully made. I will definitely be coming back here for special occasion gifts.

I ordered from MadeofRoses on February the 11th and I still have not received my order nor has the status update of my order changed. Not happy

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on February 3rd 2026 it is now February 23 2026. Tracking says it's been at the LA DC Warehouse since February 15th and it hasn't moved. Was not delivered on Valentine's Day and is still in the wind. I have contacted MadeOfRose and get the same yada yada yada, but no action. I contacted SwiftX they do not answer their phone or emails or complaints. I will now be having my family and friends start to let people know how bad the service has been. 20 days since delivery. They already ruined Valentine's day and still haven't delivered. The worst service ever. And every friend I have from here to Zimbabwe will know how terrible my experience has been. I don't want refunds or percentages off of my next order because I will never order from here again. I JUST WANT THE ORDER I'VE PAID FOR !!!!! MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!

I paid extra for First Class Urgent Delivery and Priority Rush Processing, but the service I received did not reflect that at all. I placed my order on February 9th and was told it would ship within 2–3 days after Valentine’s Day. As of February 20th, there is still no clear delivery date, and tracking has shown little to no progress.

Customer support provided only generic responses and could not explain the delay or give a timeline. If you’re considering paying extra for expedited shipping, don’t expect it to actually be expedited.

Ordered a bear made of roses from this company on 2/11, hoping the package would arrive to my wife's job by Valentine's Day. It's now the 16th and still no delivery. I've reached out to their customer support (email only available) twice, and still no response. Do not recommend.
