Ich warte jetzt seit 4 Wochen auf eine Antwort vom Support . Mein Werbekonto würde direkt nach dem Erstellen gesperrt ohne Grund . Keiner meldet sich nach mehrfacher Anfrage . Ich habe keine Möglichkeit auf Instagram oder Facebook Werbeanzeigen zuschalten. Absolut unmöglich !!!

Io non mi capacito di quanto possano essere inetti i cervelloni di FB. Forse ci lavorano i tirocinanti perche non funziona niente e il servizio che danno FA SCHIFO e mi vergognerei fossi loro. Poi ti chiamano per appiopparti i servizi a pagamento, ma con questi presupposti neanche morta! Dovrebbero solo accettare che FB è un ricovero per anziani e non può mometizzare, facciamo prima.

Their meta business suite tool sucks. Whenever, I use it, it seems like I entered in the world of internet explorer. It takes quite a lot of time for every function to work and some times I gotta reload the page a couple of times just to make sure that the information is properly submitted and processed. They need to fix the bugs and improve its user experience.

I have ordered from more than 6 advertisers from Instagram and facebook now. Only 2 out of the 6 were legit companies. All of the others were scammers. Sending items that were not as ordered or not sending them at all. I report them to META and they won't even ask for proof that they are scammers and are ripping people off.

Junk platform, often without reason to close your advertising account.

SUPPORT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS, THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL CONTACT YOU BACK BY PHONE AND DISAPPEAR, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ANY ABOUT ANYTHING...

1 BM HAS BEEN HACKED NO ONE HAS ASSISTED ME TO GET IT BACK
AND ANOTHER BM GETS DISABLED FOR VERIFICATION ID I SUBMIT VERIFICATION ID AND IT WAS REJECTED FOR NO REASON AND I'M NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT ANY VERIFICATION AGAIN

AFTER SPENDING 9 MILLION ON FACEBOOK I'M STILL WANDERING IF THIS PLATFORM SHOULD BE ON MY PLAN FOR 2023, I THINK I WILL MOVE COMPLETELY TO TIKTOK

Facebook business will no longer accept my bank business banking for unknown reasons, I've been trying to resolve this for 8 weeks and I'm convinced that they don't even read my email responses. If you don't reply with 48 hours they will close your case, yet their last response took 2 weeks and they didn't even read my email! Extremely disappointed that such a huge company that many businesses depend on is so awful when it comes to support.

They turned off my adds that was running for 3-4 years without any issues. They turned it of since they added new policy rules where they dont allow icons in adds. So they just turned off the add where i builded my comunity for 3-4 years. They told me I cant edit the post to remove those icons since its not allowed. So I was forced to start over again since they made no options to edit the add and removed it becouse they added new rule 4 years after add is created. I faced many issue with them, they never never never sorted any of my problem. Worst company and worst customer support

When you talk to their business support team, you will find out that they know nothing about business basics! they know nothing about the Ads manager!! these guys don't even know what the dashboard look like!!

They never solved a single problem!! and their Ads algorithm is a scam, totally scam to force you to deal with their media buyers! Google Ads is far way better and they're very very professional.

As a business owner, i will never recommend Facebook and i hope that they shut down as soon as possible!

I have reported over 1.000 bits of content that in my eyes should not be on here . Dirty little stinkers flash bit all over Facebook Now if this was a man he would be a pedo but because it a women that makes them a sl*g in my eyes I don’t won’t to see this rubbish I reported everyone I come a cross but Facebook says there is nothing wrong with it now if I can see this what makes them think kids don’t see this even pedos are on Facebook this should be shut down or a way. Where we can fine Facebook for what ever stuff that should not pop up on are Facebooks I have spent more time in Facebook jail then I have had the account due to the fact Facebook finds it easy to put me in jail then to deal with the problem lmfao 🤣 how there are let you get away with this rubbish I do not no but one thing I do no the only porson who would let this happen is a PEDO the Owen of Facebook and they wonder why this wourld is fked up the way it is block this I don’t care I say how it is and anyone who thinks this rubbish is write then you a pedo simple put that in your pipe a smoke if Facebook

Really? Is that still, in 2022, so complicated to give the choice of the UI language to users? I live in Belgium and Meta thinks that 100% of people here speak Flemish 🙄 That's tiring. Please, give that choice to users (French or English). Thanks.

A lot of bugs. Everyday a new bug. My business notifications are not working for the last 4 years. I opened more than 10 tickets.
My ads gets restricted, my accounts also, the support can't ever give any explaination except : yes you have been locked for policies reason. I'm showing people sewing and selling suscription to sewing classes ! And i see a lot of ads about total scam about bitcoin and whisky everyday !

Man findet keine Worte mehr um diesen Laden zu beschreiben. Blockieren, Sperren, Herabstufen, Videos voller Gewalt bleiben stehen, kommentiert man dagegen wird man blockiert. Erinnert an die dunkelste Vergangenheit Deutschlands, eine Mischung aus Gestapo und Stasi. Ständige Etikettierung der Beiträge mit Covid, Klima, etc…Politisch einseitig. Widerlich, einfach nur erbärmlich. Pfui Deibel, man kann nur hoffen und wünschen, dass sie so schnell wie möglich weg sind, forever.

Promised to resolve my issues within 24-48 hours. Been four weeks now. Emailed them multiple times. Only reply I get is they're working on it. Not getting any more details from them.

Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We use Facebook as a key tool for our advertising our franchise business and without doubt it provides the worst support full stop. As a small business, when you are spending 90% of your advertising budget each month which is around £1k and they dont even have a human to answer your questions you know there is something wrong.
Ive tried for the past 3 months to resolve an issue where our business card is blocked from making payments for our ads, but the same card has been happily paying for Twitter ads and every other part of our business. But they expect us to get a new card from our bank just for them! Don't get me started on trying to get ads approved. Over 50+ customer chats to get ads approved by humans as the bots algorithm is simply not good enough to differentiate between a franchise business and job advert.
ALWAYS get someone on the chat that say "We know your issue is important and don't worry we will help" but I am always dealing with a new person who asks basic questions ive heard a million times and it takes me 20 minutes to finally get it expedited. Why aren't there ad account managers at this level?

I have never seen a more incompetent customer service. Money has been stolen from my ad account due to a security issue on their side and they have not been able to reimburse me, let alone respond to my questions. It's a shame that such a big company is so incompetent and excessively user unfriendly. This is undoubtedly the worst advertisement platform on the market.

Slowly and gradually improved

Went to create an ad for the first time...turns out facebook restricted my ad account over a year ago and they cannot undo it because its been over 6 months. They didnt even tell me when they decided to restrict it (back when I never even used it)...after weeks of emailing their support and specialists the conclusion is that they cannot undo it because of the timeframe. Instead they sent me a form to give suggestions to improve their website...hope they go broke

lare, pur dispiacendomi di dover esprimere principal- mente delle notevoli critiche su come tutto lo “staff” collabori in modo deltutto passivo (o poco positivo) a mantenere un discreto livello di tutto l’insieme, mi sento in dovere di esprimere la peggiore critica su questo Social. Ciò scaturisce in modo spontaneo e naturale. E chiunque, dotato di un certo raziocinio e buonsenso non può far a meno di esprimere il massimo disgusto al riguardo. Perché’ Facebook (attualmente “Meta”) era ed è rimasto un pericolosissimo Social a totale disposizio-
ne soprattutto della della peggiore tipologia di persone (soprattutto di giovinastri, ma anche …e talvolta di adul
ti … forse con la mente contorta) che ne approfittano per deridere, bullizzare e perseguitare (anche psicologi-
camente) persone semplici e forse un po’ fragili di ca-
rattere. Principalmente i più a rischio e più esposti sono
i ragazzi e anche gli adolescenti (molte ragazze e alcu- ni ragazzi). Talvolta, pure gli adulti (da parte di adulti). E, purtroppo, facilmente talvolta può succedere che
lo staff del personale addetto all’assistenza non si cura di raccogliere fin da subito i segnali di un certo fastidio e malessere che molti patiscono a causa dei comporta- menti persecutori o derisori da parte di adolescenti (o ev. adulti).
Francamente ciò che mi ha fatto veramente dispiacere, tra i recenti avvenimenti, è proprio la recente morte di un giovanissimo che ha deciso di porre fine ai suoi fastidì suicidandosi. Molti sono pure i casi in cui la parte peggiore è accompagnata da violenze (o anche sesso non consenziente). Segue poi anche la vergogna a seguito della pubblicazione delle immagini sul sito di F.B. in questione.
