Bus didn’t arrive again!

App is unreliable! Winter is going to be horrific I rely on the service to get me to work from shoreham, buses often never arrive or always late! Frustrating when they announce new services and they cannot cater the ones they supposedly have… no other route I can used really 700 is worse than this and I need to get to Hove daily!
Worst service ever and it just gets worse no improvements… exhausting

Top customer service, Mark your a legend son, he fixes problems when others can't 10/10

The company has not reached our stop in hours I have missed an opportunity because of them don't recommend using their services and they are extremely expensive fares

Horrendous service. A worker being purposefully ignorant towards her customers.Not impressed with the lack respect towards people of colour.

The app has gotten more reliable than it was in the past, although today a discount code wasn't working, but Nathan was very helpful and prompt in replying to my email and quickly issued me a replacement ticket.

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful drivers. Really disgusting dirty busses. The drivers barely look at you or acknowledge your existence. Terrible drivers too. Just avoid at all costs.

Visited the travel shop this afternoon with my son to get his school pass ready for September was served by Danny who made us the bus pass and went through the best price options for my son to get the bus travel for himself showed me how to set up and online account to top up at home including letting us know what is the best bus route for my son as he moves school, his information was helpful and informative and helped with the stress ready for September so thank you very much for Danny’s assistance this afternoon

Awful service provided by a joke company abusing his monopoly position in the urban area of Brighton and Hove.
A good 80% the drivers are extremely careless and rude.
Demotivated and clearly instructed to being that much careless, by company policy.
I raised a negative feedback as a third party, after I witnessed an unacceptable behaviour from a driver that literally shutdown the door in front of a lady, preventing her to board the bus, without any reason at all.
The customer service refused to investigate the case I reported, but engaged me about any other similar episode occured to me.
I reported a few, wasting my time, only to find out that they are not going to take any action against the drivers/ episodes I reported.
So, to recap, a joke company, with joke policy, paying 36 k per year its drivers for not properly doing their job.
I won't using their service no more.

There app is clearly not accurate was accused of things I hadn’t done an got band and stranded even when i had paid for a saver ticket don’t trust them they are not very understanding and don’t care if they inflict large amounts of suffering onto people

I spoke to dan on brighton and hove buses about a 24 hour saver using qr codes over period using buses unlimited over a 24 hour period on same day at 8.05pm. I am getting a train from brighton to bishopstone as part of the day as a train trip making it a great 24 hours in brighton and newhaven

me and 9 other friends went on this buddy bus and he refused one person to get on and was now stranded with no way to get home very bad

Prompt & informative, very helpful & patient.

Waited at Marlow Road for a 21 read that was 6 minutes away and at a marina. Next look was 23 minutes and bus was now back up Manor Hill.... Don't call it live update if it isn't.

Spent an hour waiting for my bus because 3 buses for Brighton were sitting in Tunbridge wells having a tea break absolute joke

The buses were late then out of service so I couldn't get to my appointment. The customer service team were incredibly quick at responding and within a short time had explained the reason and offered a full ticket refund. Excellent customer service!
